    That said, with the plethora of other options ranging from churches to space programs, controlling an island nation bent on exorcizing its previous demons (existing under the Crown of an imperialist ruler) and taking sole command of an army and a civilization, Tropico 5 is a fulfilling experience.

    This go around, Tropico 5 continues to have some annoying problems that need to be addressed. The controls are disappointing, the story mode is awful, and some other nagging issues persist.

    Not a very polished addition to the series. Still a fun builder with plenty to do but not I believe this game falls very short in some areas.Not a very polished addition to the series. I still think the leap to xboxone is something to look forward too still a fun game to pass the time and is still interesting. The reason I gave it a 6 is because it simply did not deliver many additions and it just doesn't feel like a full game from tropico 4.… Full Review »

A screen dominated by menus as opposed to seeing what is actually occurring on the ground and music that needs to be switched to mute as an extreme priority being a few. That having been said, the game has plenty of new features and longevity over previous games, if perhaps not offering anything especially new.
