    Remember when Blitz and NBA Jam ruled supreme, and we all got our first taste of the notorious Midway Comeback AI? I’m sad to say that a close relative of that AI seems to be present here.

    Not a big fan of this game. The pinning system is bad. Hit detection is awful at times. Story mode is not too bad. Isn't taking itselfNot a big fan of this game. The pinning system is bad. Hit detection is awful at times. Story mode is not too bad. Isn't taking itself seriously at all and made me laugh. Voice acting is okay for the most part. But gameplay is so frustrating. Difficulty doesn't really change from easy to normal. Played normal all the way until I got to Jeff Jarrett. Had to put it on easy or "indie" mode and couldn't tell the difference. I thought I made a mistake but nope. Midway doesn't know how to differentiate the difficulty spikes. By far the hardest wrestling game I've ever played. And not a lot of depth to this game. Every wrestler has the same moveset except for their finishers. They mostly feel the same. Can be fun but it's more frustrating than anything.… Full Review »

A Stumbling mess of a 'wrestling game' that contains terrible A.I, no rules in matches and an interesting storyline ruined by glitches.

    The storyline is interesting, better then many recent WWE Games, but is ruined by the 'tag team' portion of the game due to the fact that your partner will Never Ever Help you. Every single match is No DQ, with a chair outside the ring that can be used constantly.

I think the gameplay is a ton of fun and really like the Ultimate X match. The graphics are top notch as well and to this day still look better than any WWE game on the market. It does have some problems such as a lack of moves, awful CAW and small roster but overall it was a very good first effort. Midway is now dead so any hope for a new TNA game must come from someone else and I hope that happens soon.… Full Review »
