    Same game different day. The maps are small the titans not terribly titanic. The game play is exactly the same uninspired first person boilerplate mutiplayer game that you know and are tired of and as a result Titanfall gets old quick. Forget about a story, no such thing in Titanfall. I picked it up in a Redbox and am thankful that I didn't drop 60 dollars it.

    If you are a fan of CoD multiplayer and NOTHING else, then this game is for you.
    If you like storyline and a good campaign that preps you for multiplayer, then you are looking in the wrong place.
    The "Campaign" storyline is a 60 second voice-over between multiplayer battles. That's it. Sure you get new maps for each successive "chapter", but there is no campaign in the traditional    If you are a fan of CoD multiplayer and NOTHING else, then this game is for you.

    The Xbox 360 version of Titanfall isn't half bad, it's not nearly as good as the Xbox One and PC versions, but it's a decent version. The game runs at (around) 35fps at 600p, which is good for a 10 year old tri-core console. If you're unemployed and can't afford to buy an Xbox One, then the 360 version is a decent replacement for the actual Xbox One/PC game.     What an incredible port to X360. Whilst it is not as sharp this certainly has the Titanfall game experience. Do not listen to the hater who say there are less weapons and modes - the game is EXACTLY the same as Xbox One

Wait until it's down in the $20-$30 range and you won't feel so ripped off. It gives me hope that the genre can move forward in the coming years without being left in the dust. There are a fair amount of weapons and attachments for the pilot and Titan, but don't expect to be blown away by the choices available. There's the usual game modes here, team deathmatch, capture the flag, domination. But there's a little twist on the end of most game modes where the losing team has to get to the drop ship while the winners try to destroy the ship and the other team.

    The multiplayer campaign try's hard to make a gripping story with believable characters, but the story bits are distracting and plagues the core gameplay with vague drivel I had no idea what was going on in the story, but it did make the game more interesting to play, as sometimes a surprise might happen in the middle of a game, but I am usually to busy trying to stay alive.

Getting the negatives out of the way, the campaign feels like a string of multiplayer maps strung together with a plot written by a middle schooler. The guns have been done better in COD and Halo, and the titans were infinitely more entertaining and cool in Lost Planet.     This game isn't my favorite. It had a lot of potential, but the "story" isn't very engaging, and the multiplayer gets boring very quickly. I didn't play this game for long before deciding that it just wasn't very exciting. The mechanics and ideas could have gone very far but just weren't executed very well.

    It plays the same, and played at the pace the game demands, it looks the same.
    Even the 360 box art features the same "next gen shooter" message in its blurb. You can forget about "Power of the Cloud*, all it means if the game uses dedicated servers.

    If you like COD, you'll like it. If you liked what COD used to be, theres a great chance of you'll like this.
    The game plays at a brilliant fast pace, the shooting is much less lock on that you're used to. The game is full to the brim of amazing "wow i just did that" moments and is very empowering.

    The graphics are very solid. They looked pretty average on xbox one to begin with, but for an FPS fast paced shooter, they are more than good enough for an ancient xbox 360. If you are standing around looking at textures, you are already dead.

    If you thought this game was a reason to get an xbox one, forget it. Stick with your xbox 360, the lower price of the game on this console is much closer to its worth.

The truth is that only two or three of the weapons are competitive while the rest are simply outclassed. You only can use one titan from the start and are forced into a cheap tac on campaign. Half of my friends have already stopped playing and it's because there is nothing left to do. Every map feels too complex for it's own good and you can't really get better. If you really pay attention you will see that a vast majority of the map is always unpopulated. The AI serve no purpose and don't play the objective. They are simply a distraction and fodder for unskilled players. I feel this game was trying to appeal to non FPS gamers. There's a reason that the PC version already has trouble finding matches. The xbox version will suffer from longevity because it's the same game. It also requires you to be online to play. It's a DMR game and when the servers don't work you can't do anything. The game has had many exploits and players have abused them to absurd levels. Please don't support a game that takes the FPS genre several steps back and robs players by releasing the game in alpha form (missing features, many bugs and glitches).… Expand

These past couple years for me has been nothing but disappointment as not a single one of these AAA games live up to their hype. Titanfall suffers from a small roster of weapons, lack of skill based matchmaking, very few gametypes, and most of the maps are garbage. The gameplay formula is this: rush to highest roof on map, camp with carbine or lmg, get titan before anyone else, do damage until players get their unearned titans, lose titan by getting shot in the back or 2v1 and repeat. The titan combat is extremely boring. The only good action is if you get the first titan, but burn cards can ruin that anyway. Burn cards take no skill to earn and you don't unlock them like killstreaks. You can literally start the match with something completely overpowered like mini map hack or even a full titan. It's just not a competitive game in any way and it severely lacks depth in customization and gameplay.… Expand

    Considering the age of the console, it is a great game ON THE 360. Imagine this game being released on xbox 8 years ago, it would have certainly gotten many awards, if not even game of the year. At the moment I only own a xbox 360 (and a pc), and even though the graphics aren't as sharp as it's older brother on xbox one and pc, it's still a very good game. I thought this was the team that made it (or at least most it). I'm not sure what went on here, but it's clear Respawn didn't have enough time to finish the game. There's no cutscenes or anything. There's like a drawing at the end after you finish playing a bunch of multiplayer matches. That's just it. They call it campaign, but it's just multiplayer. It's like they rushed it out last minute just to say it has a campaign. I already generated and there's really not much to unlock. In MW2 there were tons of attachments and weapons and in this game it's like they went as cheap as possible. As far as I can see there is no way to unlock any camo like gold or anything. There is only two perk slots and half the perks are pointless and just effect AI or something you will never use. The burn cards are like free killstreaks that any bum can pull out and completely break momentum. It feels like it was made to be a free to play game with the cards, but they realized it's trash so they just decided to get their $60 and pack up.… Expand

As a result, the game executes on the fast-paced shooter premise with extreme precision and mastery. It's hard to get bored when so much can be happened at any given moment. Still, I find myself addicted to the game regardless of certain omissions and a ho-hum stab at a story via the campaign playthrough which is merely multiplayer with dialogue woven in. Compared to the XB1, the 360 graphics aren't a drastic step down (though it is noticeable). A lot of the finer details won't be present but the core experience remains intact making this the must-have shooter for Xbox 360 owners until something as good or better comes along, which we probably won't see until the end of 2014 at the earliest… Expand

    This is a fast fun game. I like that it's pretty basic. COD got stupid with all the load-outs and extra perks. this is a couple basic classes and some robots. Very balanced and runs smooth. It looks great and what else could you ask for. Nothing earth shattering but a solid game. I'd recommend it to my friends.

    Please dont let mad people who have never played the game because they dont have a Xbox change youre mind.Most of the negative reviews youll see are from people who just want to bring a Xbox game down because its a Xbox game.The game itself IS fast paced,the transition for pilots and titans is smooth,the parkour adds a refreshing touch.10/10,Must buy for FPS players on Xbox and PC

    I've seen a lot of bad ports in my time, lots of failed attempts. Titanfall on the 360 is NOT one of them. This version is every bit as good as its next gen brethren, graphical down grades aside. Everything that is on the Xbox One and PC is included for the 360. BluePoint studios should be proud of the quality that they pulled off under such heavy time constraints and ancient hardware.I've seen a lot of bad ports in my time, lots of failed attempts. Every map feels the same...Nothing is new...Nothing will be different when you play.....You get in, shoot some people do awesome parkour and then get your titan, maybe kill some people then eject then shoot some more people then you win or lose. This game is repeated and I'm sick of it. I'm generation 2 (Gen is like prestige in call of duty) and this game is very boring to me now. I had fun before, but it is not fun anymore. I will play again some day, but this game feels the same... The Campaign is so boring and literally is just like online.… Expand

There is still no reason to prestige and no ranking system to separate players or give bragging rights. The difference is they stripped the game down by removing basic features.     I've never played the xbox one version of this game because I do not have one. I am very pleased with this purchase. I don't actually like COD but this game is a lot of fun! It's very fast paced and the learning curve is not too steep. The graphics are great and I am really happy with this purchase.

By far one of the best ports I have seen in my life, your probably missing a couple textures and maybe 15 frames or so, but this game downright, looks, and play just as if you were on Xbox One or PC. Great job bluepoint games, as I am very impressed that this game exceeded by expectations. I have measured the frameI'm gonna go right out there and say it, this game is hands down amazing. Sure the resolution and frame rate aren't as good as the Xbox One's version of the game, but it still runs fantastic for an Xbox 360 game. There's also an option to cap frame rate at 30 so it stays consistent which is an excellent feature.     This is, hand's down, one of the last great online experiences you will have on your Xbox 360. It is incredibly fun. The frame rate and graphics quality are top-notch. This is a 360 game, whose textures were up-res'ed to suit the Xbox one and PC. Similar to how GTA 4 was release on current gen, and up-res'ed to look better on the PC. All the game play is intact. However once you enter your Titan you have the opposite problem. Battle between Titans can be long and drawn out and you get so little progress feedback that you can kill an enemy Titan without realising it and you can go from full health to dead with the same problem. I am sure that some people will love this game but for me I'm afraid I'll have to crack open Halo Reach. Again.… Expand

    Okay so Titanfall comes to the 360 and that's pretty much it. I have the game for the X1 and simply wanted to see what this game was gonna be like for those still playing on the 360.     this game has no heart put into it. the maps are motionless. the plants, clouds sky, buildings everything is in a solid motionless state. no movement, no sounds no trees moving back in forth in the breeze, The texture resolution is real bad. everything even at a distance is blocky, not like mindcraft but it's a step in that direction. character skins look like they belong on a N64. everything, and i mean everything is blurry and has a cartoonish cheap unfinished look to it. it doesn't take any effort to notice the poor artwork. its as if they didn't care about what they were doing. the drop ship sequences before each match starts does a real good job of setting the tone for how bad this stuff looks. it's almost insulting to say it's worth 65 dollars new.

    at first i ignored complaints about frames per second being low because i though this was overly critical, turns out there is some truth in it. in fact there is a lot of truth. this thing is rarely running at 30 frames a second. more like 20 to 25. which doesn't make sence to me considering how low the resolution is, this thing should be pegged at 60fps no problem. watching titans move around reminds me of the animations of characters in mortal combat 2 on the sega genesis. it looks like the lego movie stop animation and it sucks. i wish i could say at least the titans look really good but they dont. whats a good example? i dunno i usually dont play games that look this bad. everything reminds me of what games were like on the n64 and ps1.

    the explosions and rocket fire. on the ps1 and N64 they did things that would cause objects in the game to always be facing you no matter what side you looked at them. because they lacked processing power and graphics to do a true 3 denominational object they just did 2d objects. you could tell because if you looked at something and walked around in it 360 degrees you always saw the exact same thing. well guess what. they pulled that stunt on titanfall. if this was some low budget indi game no one herd of i wouldn't question it. but this is kinda a big title to be half fasting these hugely important aspects like explosions. and it's same same story with every part of the game. the maps show zero interaction with the players fighting a battle. no sorch marks from explosions, no bullet holes i walls. little the map changes zero from start to finish. ok maybe you can break windows.

    no single player or campaign mode, fine with me, yeah you can't co-op with what they did put in but heck. i only care about multi player so if it's more content for MP bring it on. well they did and guess what they replaced it with? nothing. Modern warfare 2 spec ops, campagne and mutli player that lasted years and the game looked absolutely gorgeous even by todays standards, the game these guys are known for has more content in campaign mode then titanfall has in total. to put it simply, they left out single player and added nothing to replace it.

    i recommend every one do what i did. go to gamestop and get a used copy for 55 bucks or what ever. 7 days to return it for a full refund. if you can get it off craigslist for 40 you could probably break even. try it for a day and your going to know in the first 30 seconds of playing whether it's the game for you or not. i think it's a waste of time    … Expand

    Es un shooter muy adictivo pese a tener unos graficos algo desfasados, nunca antes a sido tan divertido jugar a robot de mechas. Algunas cargas de frametares pueden ser algo molestos pero eso no quita la jugabilidad del juego, mejor que un COD, y mejor equilibrado.

    I've played the Xbox One version for hours and hours upon end. Yes, there is a bit of a graphical downside to this version, but all the fun is still there. There isn't much difference. And Microsoft, screw you. I get that you were just trying to sell your new toy, and it's not necessary. Gamers win.

I find them fine and have no complaints except for the usual frame drop that happens maybe once every game. I also heard complaints of "Long wait time before games". I find this fine. I get time to fully inspect my loadouts, and use the restroom without missing anything. All this complaints are bull, and you should not listen to the haters who have clearly NEVER EVEN PLAYED THE GAME BEFORE! So ya, pick it up for sure. and play it with friends.     maybe I excpete too much after the first beta hypes and vids.., and maybe because I played Thief (cool parcours feeling) and Infamous SS (cool hovering/wallrunning) before Titanfall, that Tintanfall dispapointed...

    This may be the most well balanced FPS game I've ever played. The pilots are equipped with anti-titan guns that deal massive damage to titans but are not as effective against pilots than a primary gun or even side arm gun. This means titans can be brought down by a small group of pilots. It's 6v6 which I thought was a downside but this number helps balance the number of pilots and titans on the battlefield. The maps are amazing. They are huge yet the action seems to be everywhere. And the verticality of the maps make them even bigger! There is a limited number of weapons and perks, which I love. Learning each weapon is not only doable, but encouraged. I thought CoD went overboard with their killstreaks and perks. This game is more like CoD modern warfare 2 in terms of attachments, perks and bonuses (burn cards). I rated this a 9 because I would have loved to see a "horde mode" of maybe 8 player coop. Other than that, this is a damn great FPS MULTIPLAYER game. The best way I can describe Titanfall is that it's a game somewhere in between Halo 3 and CoD Modern Warfare 2 (The best of both franchises, IMO). Anyway, any true FPS, sci-fi and/or multiplayer gamer should give this a try and see for yourself.    … Expand

    I have been waiting for X360 version as I don't yet have an XBox One - and I haven't been disappointed. The gameplay is fluid - the mechanics are great. The graphics look great given this is a port, and the experience as a whole is comparative to the XOne version that I've seen. Not disappointed at all - and will be looking to Gen Up this weekend!

    Titianfall on the Xbox 360 is a great and exhilerating experience. It plays almost as fluid as the Xbox One version. The only problems that the textures are not as spot on as the Xbox One version but I honestly forgot about it because the action was so fast paced. Overall it is a great port and if you don't have a Xbox One or PC, it's a great compromise.

The fps difference doesn't really bug me either, in fact what upsets me the most out of all this is that the xbox one version is more choppy despite having a higher fps. What's up with that?     Its a great shooter to say the least. Very fun and fast paced. Honestly I could write a review for this but there's already hundreds out and so I'll say if you've already seen reviews on the X1 version then you can be safe to say they will be the same as this version.

    If however later on down the line you want better HD graphics I would say take that 360 controller of yours and go into PC world.

    This game by any means is no way to justify buying a (u.s.) $500 Wannabe PC non upgradable non-backwards compatible gaming console, but Titanfall is worth to have on your collection.

    So yes get the 360 version. Nothing more fun than a parkour jump kick into an enemy or even ejecting from your titan to land on an enemies and blow it to kingdom come.    … Expand

All that said, it is most decidedly NOT worth it to buy a Xbone at this point just for Titanfall, no matter what your monetary situation is. Don't listen to the trolls telling you to the 360 is only for the unemployed or those that can't afford an Xbone.     Considering it's multiplayer only it's a darn good thing that everything runs smoothly online. I have not (yet) experienced any lag or connection issues. This is especially impressive when you consider how much is going on at any given time in a match. With giant titans, AI controlled soldiers, and other players to watch out for, each match feels like a giant battle and It's impressive how immaculately balanced everything is. I love the sense of mobility the game gives you thanks to it's wall-running and double-jump abilities. The games maps do a great job of taking advantage of them.

    The game doesn't really have many multiplayer modes, but that's okay because what is here will still keep you busy for hours. Besides, I would rather only have a handful of good modes than a larger selection of modes in which the majority of them are never played like in so many other shooters. Despite the fact that it's online only the game does have a campaign of sorts. It's basically just a few levels of multiplayer matches with some cutscenes and dialog thrown in. I honestly didn't pay attention to it's story at all, and I wished it would have included more than only two of the multiplayer modes, but overall it is still fun just like the majority of the game.

    This is an incredibly well-polished and excellently designed FPS. Bluepoint games did a fantastic job with this port, because the only difference is obviously the graphics which still look fantastic here. While it's not the "revolutionary" or "game-changing" multiplayer game that it has been called by so many industry professionals, it still is an amazing experience. Because of that it still might be the new high-bar for multiplayer shooters, at least as far as quality, balancing, and fun are concerned. If you're like me and have yet to make the move to Microsoft's newest console, you can still play it's newest FPS game and not miss out on anything. People say it's too much like CoD, but honestly, does CoD have giant freaking robots that drop from the sky? No. And other people say it's repetitive, which is basically Halo and, again, CoD. Except COD has a cohesive main story and multiplayer and even sometimes a zombie mini game. Titanfall doesn't have that excuse though.     Overall Titanfall is deep, deep in the bargain bin by now and just don't pick it back because you will very swiftly be bored with the knowledge that you might as well just be playing your Call of Duty or any other bland title.    … Expand

    This game looks amazing, and plays well. The one big problem is that is feels unfinished. The game focuses on multiplayer and only that, but there are a limited amount of game modes. If this game had more to do with it I would give it a very high rating. The campaign is also nothing special, just online matches with a lot dialogue. Very disappointed.

They hug walls, move into cover, etc. But players just fly around with little to no teamwork. In a way, its less tactical than the Call Of Duty franchise.

    VERY great game! I wish future games use this strategy. Titanfall brings something completely new to the gaming world with its multiplayer campaign where you fight actual humans and not just bots. Definitely worth the payment, very exciting, PICK IT UP!!!

    Honestly, this is the best FPS I've ever played. The guns are smooth and new, the Titans are AWESOME, and the parkour feels great. Overall, this game is what it was hyped to be.

    First multiplayer game I loved to death since Halo 2 in 2004-2006. Learn how to run the parkour routes (youtube it) and you'll be wrecking people so bad that they turn off the game, go on the internet, and tell people how this game sucks.

    Amazing. That's all I can say. The fast paced and versatile combat eliminates the dreaded camping syndrome that can be a problem in most other shooters. My only complaints are the lock-on time for the anti-titan rocket is a little lengthy and the fact that titans can't jump is pretty irksome. Other than that, I say 8!

The amount of vertical combat and the fast pace is refreshing. The graphics are nothing special but don't hold it back and the music is descent. This is the first game I've played that has a tacked on campaign, and not a campaign in the usual sense, its actually still multi player and you move on regardless of if you win or lose. There is something very rewarding to run across a wall and jump on titan then proceed to rip the armor off and destroy the giant machine.

    The game feels unfinished. The fact that they took online play and add a very empty and quick story line and call it Campaign and very insulting. I feel that I will be sick of the game in a few weeks and probably will not play again until the first DLC is released.

    The game should have a $40 price tag for the amount of content that comes with the game. They call this the future of gaming, I sure hope not. Every game needs an online and offline mode. The $60 price tag on this game makes COD feel like it is worth $100.

    I do however love playing this game and do not have buyers remorse I just hope for the sequel they add much more content.    … Expand

And these are not very different. When you name the game with the "greatest feature" (the titans), then they have to play a role in the game. It's like building highways for pedestrians.     fun for 3 dys but after that their is not enough content to keep you entertained their are not enough weapons in this game and im having some trouble with the servers i keep getting booted and dont even get me started on that crap campaign disappointing not enough anything if you are a fan of fast paced shooters you will like it for a week and get bored once you unlock all the titans and weapons

    Anyways, when there is no online -leaderboards/stats/clans -systems, it will eventually get boring. It's hard to find new people to play with, arrange matches or battles, when this option don't exist. They also made a companion app, which lets you check your stats from your phone/tablet, but it's only for xone users.

    Matchmaking system in it's current point is ridiculous; no team -randomization between the rounds, even when your team has only like 4 players when the other has full 6. No teambalance.

    All in all, i still enjoy this game every now and then. It's a fresh change in shooters and it's fun to play with party.

    - Add a stats/leaderboard -community website
    - Buff the recoil, balance the guns, add more guns
    - Make public lobby -system better by autobalance option.

While this game is definetly fantastic, there are a few problems. The largest problem is the campaign, which my as well not be there. It is not a story you can really get involved in. There is basically no character development. What little story there is cannot be seen in a cut scene, only voice. Most of the story is told in a lobby. This is an absolutely terrible idea. I cannot focus on a lackluster story while I'm picking burn cards and editing my class. The other time the story is told is while you are playing the missions. Once again, this is a terrible idea. You cannot pay attention to what people are saying when you are parkouring, shooting, or stomping around in a titan. Another problem with the campaign is what happens when you win or lose. Basically it does not matter if you win or lose, you will receive the same result. Whatever is necessary to the games story happens. This means that there is absolutely no drive to win. I wouldn't have a problem with this lackluster campaign if it was not necessary to experience all the competitive multiplayer has to offer. To unlock two of the three titans, you must play through the same campaign on each side. This is the same story, twice, with different people explaining what is happening. Luckily, each side is only about two hours long. Competitive multiplayer is where this game shines. The game is very well balanced between weapons, abilities, and titans. I would not be surprised if this game appears in esports in the near future because of this. Most of the maps are great to play, although with a multiplayer only game I was actually expecting more maps. There are 15 maps that come with the game. With a multiplayer only game I would expect more like 20-30. Especially considering that the same maps are used in competitive as in campaign. One of my other big complaints are the game modes. There are only five game modes: Attrition (Team Deathmatch), Hardpoint (Domination/Conquest), Capture the Flag, Pilot Hunter (TDM where only player kills count, not AI kills), and Last Titan Standing (Team with last Titan standing wins). None of these game modes are much different than what we have seen in games like Call of Duty or Battlefield. I was hoping for something a bit different, like Titans VS Pilots. Obviously game modes and maps will be added in updates and DLC. If you love fast paced shooters, like Call of Duty, you will absolutely love this game. If you only like games with an amazing story, this game is not for you. Unless all you like are story driven games, you will probably have a great time with Titanfall. While it truly isn't next-generation gameplay out the roof, you will still have fun, fun, fun. The shooting mechanics are pretty noticeable compared to games like Call of Duty since this team has worked on that series before. However, the Titans and how the Pilots move change EVERYTHING. By the way, everything in this game is overall very balanced. I couldn't find a single method or weapon that was extremely overpowered, which was good. I was very disappointed in this game about the lack of content. Wanna know how many game modes there are here? FIVE. In a $60 online-only multiplayer game, there's 5 game modes and 50 levels. WTF? This is even MORE absurd because only 2 or 3 modes are truly different! This really just tells you that the developers just wanted to get this game out there to make the Xbox One sell more, even though they released it on Xbox 360 as the same exact game (that right there isn't a flaw). Man, that's disappointing. However, the core of this game is still awesome. You will spend hours having so much fun and entertainment.     This game is by no means a revolutionary step for FPS. However, its a great game that puts a new spin on the FPS shooter genre (titans plus wall running). The maps are great (15 of them) designed with multiplayer in mind. Titan battles are epic. Plays fast, feels a bit like CoD. My only knock on this game are the AI bots which are completely useless and an unnecessary part of the game.This game is by no means a revolutionary step for FPS.     As a casual COD player I found the game very appealing. The game play is fast and different for each match. I can jump on for 10 minutes or for hours and still feel like I'm progressing and getting better.

    I want to see more maps and an expanded campaign mode.

    All I can think is if it plays this well on the 360 it better play that much better on the One.

    Titanfall introduces new and fun multiplayer along with mechs. However the good parts start to end there, the game lacks any worthwhile content except for the multiplayer; including a short and boring online campaign mode with bare-bones weapons, customization, and annoying achievements required to unlock more mechs, the best part of the game.

    It was a fun game but I got really bored of the game after I completed the "campaign". The campaign was a poor excuse of "single player", thirty seconds of dialogue per mission isn't a campaign. There isn't a big varieties of gun, there are like 10 guns but I only see 5 of those weapons being used. It was the most overrated game I played this year.     I wasn't feeling the need of a campaign, so I didn't accuse the lack of it (of course a fully fledged campaign would have been welcome), but this game has personality, a lot of it, literally and so I guess you can just create your own stories in your mind using the beautiful settings the game has to offer.
    After reading so much hate towards this game I decided to write a review, and this is the first review I write even though I am a gamer since the 8 bit era!
    Let's try to proceed with order:
    GAMEPLAY:
    Fast, exciting and satisfying, especially since the controls are so tight that you soon feel like you can do anything you want mastering the parcour techs. The Titans are another story, almost another game, you can feel their weight and you can almost feel safe inside them, but believe me when I say that you are never safe. The balance between the on feet and mech portions of a game are perfectly balanced, you're equally dangerous, just in a different way.
    The weapons are good, not too many, but them too have personality so you can shape your play style around the weapon you chose. Titans too have different weapons and chassis changing the approach.
    The maps are not too big, not too small, and very colourful and varied so yoyu hardly get bored. There is no risk to always see the same map, like it happens in Halo, since the server are smart enough to change them every time. It must have been hard to create maps that allow for both Titan and parcour gameplay.
    GRAPHICS:
    They're good and very smooth too. I'm talking about the 360 version and I can easily say that this game is on par with Battlefield and CoD standards, it may need a little cleansing, but considering the amount of "things" on screen and the speed at which everything moves it's just fine. A big plus to me is the fact that it doesn't feel like a downgraded version of a next gen game, given the cross gen nature of the game, despite what many wants you to believe. It looks good as I said, and the frame rate is solid.
    SOUNDS:
    Good symphonic music mixed with electronic music, dinamically scoring the game situations, hard to listen to it anyway, since the game is full of explosions and thundering of Titans walking by.
    LASTING APPEAL:
    The game is incredibly funny and fresh, perfect for a quick match here and then. There is a good amount of maps (about 15 + DLCs), the classic game modes are all there, all of them team based (last man standing, capture the flag, the more strategic hard point and a few variations). I must admit there are not a lot of unlockables but I never cared much for them, while I felt the lack of co op mode PVE a drawback considering that there is a quite evolved IA that moves the NPCs around the field.
    OVERALL:
    I love the game, it's not perfect, but it's very deep even though is easy to just drop in it headlong playing like it's a CoD with mechs... well Titanfall is much more, you just have to be willing to explore various strategies (droping out of the Titan and having him cover you is just great!). All in all I feel like this game is a little underrated and misunderstood. To be honest I'm giving it an 8,5, but it's a fully deserved 8,5, some things are lacking, but what's there is just perfect!    … Expand

    As far as I can tell Titanfalls' creators have created a perfect game for the serious gamer and a horrible game for the casual gamer. I can not understand having a game without a single player option.

    This game is the best online shooter of all time! I am somebody who has hated every modern warfare and black ops out there and this game took the spotlight away from my battlefield 4 the gameplay is fun and very fast. Its easy to get good at if you take time and effort. And no this game is nothing like any battlefield or cod its very different and i cant wait to see what respawn does next

    Overall an awesome game. The only thing i think isn't that good is that it feels like you level up way to fast. U can like go from rank 42 to 44 in one game if you are doing really well.

    Though I find the game-play itself lacking in some areas, ex: too much AI and no offline campaign, I enjoy playing this game. For a 360 game its graphics aren't terrible. The most recent update bothered me as you start out with level one. I believe you should earn that tile on the game personally. I am no expert nor a hardcore gamer just yet, however, I do enjoy this game thoroughly.

    Ok I'll get this out of the way right now before I go into a rant. The game does get repetitive and the story is none existent. Now with the rest, the game is fun to play for a while and the Titans were a cool idea. Everything about the Titans is freaking awesome. I just wish the fun would last longer.

    This is one of the best FPS's available, its fast paced, smooth and works very well! Every part of this excellent game works and i'd suggest it too anyone, FPS player or not.

    I am not sure why this game gets so much hate? I purchased the Xbox one Titanfall bundle back in March 2014 and have since then loved it! We also own this game on Xbox 360 and there really isn't much of a difference that is noticed. With the great maps packs this game is great and provides loads of fun! a much needed break from COD & Battlefield. IMO this game was the best shooter of 2014.

    Titanfall was a very fun game. The only gripe I have with it is how it has little to no replay value and gets boring very quickly. This is mostly due to it having a useless campaign that is just another rendition of multiplayer. The game however is very fun, and could have been something truly amazing had there been more replay value implemented.

    Fails to match up with the visual splendor and high framerates of the PC version. Still, Titanfall is quite enjoyable even on last-gen hardware. It's a real shame that he technical issues end up feeling quite secondary compared to the fact that Titanfall is so desperately in need of new content. [June 2014]
