While some classic arcade games (like old episodes of the "Thundercats" cartoon) are more fit for reminiscence than actual play, Time Pilot proves that what was mind-blowingly awesome back in the day can still detonate brains just as well now.
-
Seriously, it really makes you feel like you're back in the arcades, listening to bad 80's music in a darkened coin-operated world with your friends watching you play as you take on the competition — it's amazing and truly brings back an experience I haven't felt in years.
-
While I would've liked to have seen a better realized multiplayer mode and more difficult achievements to unlock, the game remains a joy to play. The graphic and sound touch-ups are welcome as well, instead of just bothersome cosmetic additions.

netjakA pretty good job porting the game, but if you don't get into this game for the sake of make a run at the top of the leaderboard, or if you're not a shooter aficionado, you're probably not going to be to enthralled by this game.

Time Pilot was a decent game back in the day, but when it’s compared to stuff like Pac- Man and Galaga, it doesn’t have much in the way of legs.
