Games Master UKToughie, this. Plump for Wii for gameplay but PS3 and 360 if you're into visuals/online. [Aug 2010, p.92]
-
The eleventh installment in EA's Tiger Woods golfing franchise is yet another competent installment like the games that preceded it. New features, such as the true aim gameplay mechanic, work great but they're not fully implemented throughout the game. Some features are available offline but not online. Some features aren't available in the career mode. A solid but not fully realized addition to the series.
-
This version of Tiger Woods seems to have become something of a victim of its own success and the result is that the game is very, very similar to that of last years game.
-
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 is a first class golfing game but lacks innovation and major improvements. EA Tiburon could have done a better job on this one.
-
This is the 13th entry in the Tiger Woods franchise and it isn't the worst by any stretch of the imagination. But, while some of the ideas brought to the table freshen up the formula a little bit, it still feels like another revolution rather than reinventing the wheel.
-
The additions and changes might not be a complete success, but the game's gentle rhythm and solid fundamentals are just as oddly compelling as they ever were.

X-ONE Magazine UKOne simple tweak solves a few years of hurt, though trademark trouble areas still exist. [Issue#61, p.94]
-
Even if this Tiger Woods does the bare minimum, it stays classy and shows strong basics.
