The first true spiritual successor to the Amped series, not perfect but quite close. And the very first game delivering an authentic 'mountain' feeling. Plus at a bargain price-point. - Great!

I've found this title more or less by surprise at local Walmart. What a positive surprise...easily the best snowboarding game i've played. Great atmosphere, radical style and spot on physics. And the best: it's all for 39.90 (still wondering why no full price title). Verdict: Strong Buying Recommendation (if you can find it somewhere)

An extremely fun snowboarding game, finally, for the next gen. systems. If you like extreme sports games, especially snow boarding, check this out. Don't let the budget price fool you, this is a quality title.

best snowboarding game so far but suffers from a serious lack of marketing. graphics/controls/gameplay is very solid, wondering why it sells for $39.90...

One of my all time favorite snowboarding games and it is the most realistic one i have ever played. After being an ssx fan for a long time i was not sure if snowboarding games really had a future but this game was a very pleasant surprise. IF YOU LIKE SKATE then definitely get this game, its the Skate of Snowboarding games with good graphics and game play.

This game is terrible. I don't know what these reviewers are smoking, but you're better off just playing SSX 3 or SSX On Tour on the last-gen consoles. The controls seem like they are ported from a Wii game. You can barely hit grinds and when you do it looks completely retarded. The control scheme is supposed to emulate Skate's but it fails miserably. You flick the stick up This game is terrible. You flick the stick up and your rider flies 10 feet into the air and looks totally stiff and unrealistic. I'm disappointed that I spent money on this crap based on these reviews. Save your money and either buy an old copy of SSX 3 or On Tour or just wait until a better snowboarding game comes along. Seriously, don't buy this crap. Expand

This is a snowboarding games that takes realism to the next level. Add in the realistic aspects of Amped and Amped 2 for the Xbox, then sprinkle on complex but intuitive controls from the Skate series, which comes together to form a snowboarding experience for fans of the sport. Shaun White's game disappointed. The latest SSX didn't live up to the hype. However, Stoked is everything aThis is a snowboarding games that takes realism to the next level. Stoked: Big Air Edition is a more refined and polished version of Stoked, which means smoother controls, smoother jibbing, better graphics, 2 new mountains added to the one's that were already there, and more. Best Snowboarding game of this generation thus far. Sense of freedom. Dynamic wheater. Good customizable soundtrack. Solid gameplay.

This is the kind of game I've wanted for a long time, and it sat right under my nose for years. My mistake; I shouldn't trust mainstream coverage of games like this that appeal to a smallish niche of crazy people who'd rather put a lot of effort into perfecting simple tricks than doing absurd tricks and wearing wingsuits or whatever. And that group includes me, so I appreciate this game aThis is the kind of game I've wanted for a long time, and it sat right under my nose for years. And that group includes me, so I appreciate this game a lot and am highly impressed by what I was fearing could never live up to its promises. The soundtrack and presentation are both great, too. Really, this game surprised me at every turn and I suspect I'll be playing for a long time to come. Expand

The original Stoked wasn't a bad game at all but Namco disappoints us because of the lack of improvements in Stoked: Big Air Edition.

There's only one way to truly see what the folks at Destineer have accomplished. Helicopter your way to Japan's highest peak, wait until it's dark and begin your descend. Never mind the events; just feel the mountain. That's Stoked!

If you like snowboarding games, you'll enjoy this one too, but if you're new to this genre you might want to look somewhere else to enter this area.
