Trust me, this isn't as bad as you think. The graphics are nice, available characters aren't to short (even though we should be able to use our Xbox Avatars), and the game is very responsive.

So what could possible go wrong? Voice acting. "Kick him in the groin." What? Useless moves. The moves in this game generally aren't useful in real-life situations, so you might as well buy

Useless moves. The moves in this game generally aren't useful in real-life situations, so you might as well buy pepper spray instead.

The lack of anything game-like. You know what? Look up some gameplay and you'll get it.

This could have slaughtered Ubisoft, even though I didn't say this was ultra-abysmal, as Ubisoft has also created a lot of bad games, such a Charlie's Angels or Driver 3.

I mean, in the end, kudos to Ubisoft for trying, but I don't think the world needed this game. At one point, a loading screen urges you to join a gym or dojo to master yourself. Good idea.

Just steer clear of this one and always remember to carry some pepper spray - not to ward off muggers, but to spray in the face of anyone who tries to tell you this is a worthwhile title.

Self Defense Training Camp is an interesting concept, but for people who are serious about self defense, a video game - or at least this one - won't ever challenge a real venue or trainer.
