    Obviously Voltion paid everyone to give this "game" a good review. This game deserves a 40/100 (or a 4/10) at best though I'm trying to lower the rating. Why would anyone like the graphics if it looks more like a PS2 game and terrible for 2008 standards. Why would anyone like the slow shopping cart car handling? Should have been a $5 DLC for the first game! What about the low frame rates,Obviously Voltion paid everyone to give this "game" a good review.     An okay game until you play for an hour or two, then it's just the same crapover and over again. Killing Lieutenants on every mission gets kind of old. Basically you're just shooting people in every mission, with no complex gameplay attached like in GTA IV. In GTA IV when you're on such a mission, at least they keep it interesting.     This game gets boring and annoying very quickly. Very unrealistic !!! And the crappy graphics will give you a headache if you play more the 20 minutes. They had good ideas and made them crappy. In assuming sr3 will be just as bad. Rent it for a couple days but don't waste your money by purchasing it!

    What the hell is this? It's not that much of an improvement from the first. Same horrible car handling, same ugly graphics just with a little bit more colour and it has copied a lot from GTA IV. What did they copy? They put the camera to the right side of your character, your character turns at an angle when he moves around and motion blur.     How funny, i can be a clown or a man with the voice of a woman! How coooool, i can throw crap at people!

    That's a game for 12 year old kids! All those who call GTA IV crappy or mean that it stands for regression have no idea.... It beats GTA IV only in 2-3 points. And those aren't the graphics, city, characters, story, decisions, handling, realism, physics, car damage .....

    This game is really fun don't get me wrong. But the save system really needs work. Just because the game is fun doesn't mean it's fun enough to play the same missions over and over and over AND OVER again just because the save system doesn't save the game after I beat it. This is just another good game ruined by glitchy behavior. Seriously, I save a game after This game is really fun don't get me wrong. But the save system really needs work.     Absolutely horrible gameplay, camera and vehicle controls, story, writing, tons of lag(even on Xbox One), terribly frustrating side missions make this overall a massive waste of time. I would not ever recommend this to anyone, ever.

    This is a truly entertaining game. There's no pretension - just enjoyable mayhem. It doesn't claim to be the Messiah, but it is a very naughty boy. Volition has tapped into nearly every wanton act we'd want to commit in an open world and more besides. [Nov 2008, p.67]

    It's big dumb fun, Saints Row 2 isn't going to redefine any aspects of game design - but in doing so it does deliver on Volition's biggest promise: Saints Row 2 isn't Grand Theft Auto.
