Feb 13, 2013Even with the low 400 Microsoft points ($5) price tag, it's difficult to recommend Red Bull Crashed Ice Kinect to anyone looking for more than an hour or two of entertainment.
-
Dec 31, 2012The game looks nice and it has a energetic soundtrack. Unfortunately Crashed Ice Kinect offers only five courses and no online game modes, which makes the game only fun for a little while.
-
Dec 18, 2012Swaying your arms and sliding down an ice tube is lightly amusing, but it doesn't add up to much - you can clear all of Crashed Ice's events in an hour, leaving you with little to do but chase leaderboard rivals.
-
Jan 17, 2013It may not justify the 400 MS points price tag it bears, but Ice Crashed can be enjoyable for short, five minute "gaming bursts".
-
X-ONE Magazine UKJan 29, 2013When it comes down to it, Crashed Ice isn't much more than an extra bit of advertising for Red Bull's own tournament. [Issue#94, p.82]
-
Dec 2, 2012Even with its cheap price of only 400 Microsoft points ($5), when you combine the game's poor recognition of your body movements and a severe lack of content, there just isn't enough of a game here to warrant any sort of purchase.
