Oct 14, 2012Naughty Bear finally finds its proper home on XBLA, with a new customization system and its usual strong humor.
-
Oct 10, 2012An easy action game with simple stealth elements. The ironic violence and the black humor give a good feeling and satisfaction but becomes quickly repetitive.
-
Nov 9, 2012The game's biggest issue, however, is still iffy core gameplay. Compared to Mark of the Ninja and Dishonored, which let you perform greater acts of stealth against enemies that react more naturally, Panic's fodder is a bit too brain-dead and the stages don't make kills as rewarding.
-
Oct 16, 2012Manhunt with Teddy Bears. This is would be the perfect example of Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise, second try of formerly AM&M, now beHAVIOUR, with the furious IP they created. With a lot of content and some nice RPGS elements, it's a shame that the visual aspect is not at the same level, just like the game itself, which will turn repetitive after a few slaughtering hours.
-
Oct 9, 2012A mixture of puppets and violence, Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise unleashes your sadism, but do no expect too much.
-
Oct 16, 2012Pretty much the same that the first episode. It does offer some new features, but also keeps the issues that we found before. The concept may attract some players, but we feel it won't keep them entertained for too long.
-
Oct 18, 2012Naughty Bear might have more ways to kill in Panic in Paradise, but the overall experience is barely more entertaining than the original.
-
Oct 16, 2012Naughty tries hard to step out of the shadow cast by his first outing, which hasn't been received well. And for the most part all mechanical changes seem to work out fine. Unfortunately you can't say that for the ridiculously stupid AI.
-
Oct 27, 2012Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise is not capable of fixing the mistakes of the first chapter.
-
Oct 22, 2012If I had to pick something I really enjoyed about the game, I'd have to go with the loading screens. I miss the time when games tried to keep the player busy, even in little ways, while they wait for the game to load. So yeah, there's that.
-
Oct 22, 2012It's dumb, it's crass, and it's not all that good, but it's shocking. If you fancy playing a real oddity of a videogame that will both revile and amuse you: look no further.
-
Oct 17, 2012The presentation's just below overage, thanks to a number of glitches and uninspired level designs. It just generally falls apart – like some sort of scheme that Naughty Bear has hatched up.
