    A few extra credits at your discretion are no bad thing when you want to sample the delights that latter levels might bring, so in this case I'm happy to agree with SNK's decision to leave credit allocation to the prudence of the punter.

    Bow to the artists that worked on Metal Slug 3: This is gaming art at some of its finest. The gameplay is up there among the better coin-op action games of all time, too, and it translates well to the Xbox 360 controller to boot.

    The sounds of the game are something to be proud of, indeed. Not only are the tunes cool and action-packed but the sound effects are also really nice and suitable for this arcade gem. The voice over is funny and reminds you of the good old times at the arcade.

    "Metal Slug 3" is arguably the best game in the series. It adds new types of enemies, bigger stages, more weapons and vehicles. I only wish"Metal Slug 3" is arguably the best game in the series.     Un vieux machin de la Neo-Geo, la console dont les jeux coûtaient 1500 balles (en francs nouveaux de l'époque) ; cela dit, certains coûtaientUn vieux machin de la Neo-Geo, la console dont les jeux coûtaient 1500 balles (en francs nouveaux de l'époque) ; cela dit, certains coûtaient moins cher, parfois seulement mille balles et en occasion, on pouvait s'en tirer pour 500 ou 600 balles : c'était vachement intéressant.

    Tout le monde -enfin une partie de la population joueuse- s'extasiait et s'ébaudissait devant la "qualité graphique" de la bouse parce ce qu'elle pouvait afficher 256 couleurs en même temps dans ses **** jeux très limités en 2D seulement... la belle affaire !

    Quoi qu'il en soit, cette vieillerie ou plutôt quelques uns des fossiles SNK ont traversé le temps jusqu'à nous... pour le pire et pour le pire. Donc, avec un petit bonhomme -ou une petite bonne femme- on tire sur des tas de trucs dans cette daube défilante dont la musique Bontempi est une torture pour les esgourdes ; les effets sonores sont logés à la même enseigne, à vrai dire... quel ridicule !

    La difficulté est évidemment très élevée parce que ton jeu à 1000 boules, tu voulais pas le finir en une après-midi ! mais plutôt le recommencer quasiment ad vitam aeternam jusqu'à l'apprendre par coeur comme une récitation. Evidemment, c'est un brin répétitif...

    De nos jours, on a tellement d'horreurs indés qui défilent éhontément avec leurs pixels dégueulasses que les rétrons de la Néo doivent être heureux : plus besoin de prendre un crédit pour jouer ! de la daube pas chère pour tous !    … Expand
