Sep 21, 2011There's no shortage of puzzle games on XBLA, and structurally, Leedmees is competent and fun, but not revolutionary. However, given the art style and excellent use of Kinect controls – let alone the riotous multiplayer, Konami's awesome little experiment deserves a look.

X-ONE Magazine UKNov 16, 2011Rather charming. [Issue#78, p.103]

Oct 17, 2011The presentation of Leedmees is clear and crisp, but won't blow you away. You can get through the single player levels in about three hours, although naturally it'll take longer if you want to get good rankings. The multiplayer suite of levels also helps to eke out the longevity.

Sep 16, 2011It's never as smooth and intuitive as it needs to be. But don't let that put you off at least trying out one of the most creative motion-based games yet.
-
Sep 15, 2011Lemmings is cult, so a similar principle adapted to Kinect surely has potential. Unfortunately, much of this potential goes untapped in Leedmees, as controls feel too imprecise and the music is monotonous. No competition for the XBLA Summer of Arcade highlights.
-
Sep 19, 2011Leedmees offers a fun twist on the Lemmings formula but bites off more than it can chew.
-
Sep 16, 2011Quotation forthcoming.
-
Sep 9, 2011This sort of inoffensive and undeniably unique bite-sized offering should play well with families, and for the rest of us, we can only hope it's but a stepping stone on the path to richer and equally affordable Kinect experiences on the horizon.
-
Dec 21, 2011Charming visuals aside, Leedmees does little to distinguish itself, and less to justify its $10 price.
-
games(TM)Nov 16, 2011It just feels too much like an engaging tech demo that had nowhere solid to expand to. [Issue#115, p.110]
