aspentitanJan 15, 2010Every heard of the saying "A six dressed up as a nine"? That's how I describe this game. For the most part I tremendously enjoyed this game until the last 3 Chapters of the solo campaign ruined it all. After completing the game I can

MikeHJan 13, 2010The majority of the population seems to like this awful joke of a game. Then again the majority of the population consists of very bad drivers. There is nothing good about bad driving or this game but idiots of the world seem to find both to be a favorite pastime.

MetroidPrimeHunterJan 13, 2010The most over-hyped, overrated, linear, un-original, kak I have ever had the misfortune of playing. What amsuses me to no end, is the disparity in the opinion of the critics and most everybody else.

SnaykeDec 29, 2009Halo 3 is one of the most engaging and ingenious games I've ever played. Right off the bat I was blown away by the colorful landscape and amazing graphics. The achievements for finding skulls and replaying the campaign on harder difficulties had me playing it forever. Even when all of that was done, the online experience is nothing short of amazing. Best Halo Game Yet!

oliverBDec 27, 2009i can find nothing unique about this generic FPS. seriously, its just another sci-fi shooter with sub-par graphics and boring gameplay. if this was another standalone game, it would get horrible reviews, but just because of all of the halo fanboys, it gets good reviews.

NBNov 29, 2009This is a great game, but the story a bit too small, not enough play quickly, can only be used outside the plot came to add,the whole, this is a very great game

RickyNov 16, 2009Nothing special about this game at all. Its a cookie cuter FPS. The AI is lame with predicable actions. The story just was a rehash of the first one just about. Not worth paying for or even playing matter of fact. Your money is better off spent on a ps3 and getting Killzone 2.

KennyCNov 15, 2009Halo 3 sits in the middle. If you want good sniping and realistic fire fights play any call of duty. if you want quick fast paced action. Buy a cheap pc and get quake 3 or ut 2004. Now that is just the multiplayer. the single player pityful compared to the first halo and not much better than halo 2. dont get me wrong i will still play it if im bored but that is all.

ryanANov 11, 2009this game is amazing. the story is well done as always. the music will be remembered like old megaman music of the final fantasies. graphics look awesome. the multiplayer really is intense, it might be a little hard for some people, but the hardcore gamers know that this is a shooter at its best.

MarcelloSOct 27, 2009Halo 3 is a great game with a fun campaign and an excellent multiplayer experience! It came out 2 years ago and it still tops some of the FPS coming out to this game! Must play!

ChristianGOct 25, 2009Amazing replayability, playing with skulls is incredibly hard, and the multiplayer delivers and is as addicting as COD4. The storyline leaves me wanting more, but it sure does deliver and leaves me satisfied enough.

FredrickBOct 25, 2009Being a Halo vet, im a lil disappointed in the Campaign side of the game, ending just an ending, nothing special or surpising about it. The multiplayer side of the game is good. There is so much missing from this game, like equipment use, less use of the many weapons in other Halo's, but im still a big fan of Halo, hopfully they will get the next one right.

dustinOct 21, 2009No company should ever be praised like Bungie is. They release what should have been an expansion pack to a primarily multiplayer game, charge 60 bucks for it, and it gets a 94 meta?
4 for effort. Halo:CE did it best, single and multiplayer for its new age shooter genre. -

RonGOct 19, 2009One of my favorite games ever. It will never get old. The campaign is so-so and some things could be a little better. However, this is meant mostly as a multiplayer game and this is where it excels above all. The replay value is through the roof, and for those who love games that require skill to play and master, Halo 3 online play is just that. Amazing.

BirchLancasterOct 10, 2009a lot of people have bashed this game, and i don,t know why, this is one of the best FPS game in decades, sure the single player can get a little tired after playthrough number 3 but i still play the multi-player almost every day and keep coming back to it, also i have noticed that the people that say the multi-player is bad and unbalanced and generally bad at it.

JoeESep 11, 2009A purely epic game; great campaign, excellent multiplayer (co-op and vs) and the forge and theatre are great additions. A must have for any 360 collection

It's the addition of the Forge level editor and the saved films that give the game an even longer set of legs, legs that will probably keep you running at full speed until Bungie figures out where, exactly, to go from here.
-
Halo 3 is the best Xbox 360 game to date. The single-player campaign and storyline are both very strong, but it's Forge and the Saved Films features that will likely go down in history as Bungie's crowning achievements. They've basically taken everything great about the series and improved upon it in every way, then added some amazing new features that we'll be using for years to come.
-
It's solid gameplay, immense replayability, online functionality and incredible production values will ensure its place in video game history, and it is, without a doubt, a satisfying and fulfilling close to the beloved trilogy[?].
