    Whats up with some of u people? its a great game well i think its great deep online playing I've got to admit only good graphics on hd tvs but its addictive and good at using up time

    This game is amazing! I don't care what anyone says, the campaign is wonderfully designed and the graphics are impeccable. The multilayer is the best of any game out for the 360 and is one of the most fun ever. Major props to the entire team at Bungie!! Keep the great games coming!

    People are negative about this game because of hype. People hate anything hyped. If anything is over hyped people want to find things wrong with it just for the sake of ranting they say it does nothing special which might be true, but thats not the point the point is that it did everything right for shooters on consoles for a change. You can be picky as you want but that doesn't change the fact that it's fun and that's why we play it. There's no use whining over how it's "just an average shooter" or if it is "boring and tasteless" personally i love the game I even learned to play the soundtrack on my violin since it was so catchy. I spent hours trying to learn to draw masterchief while on a train ride to oregon. I used to say the same thing about how it's "average" but when I finally played it I stopped ranting and learned to have fun, and that's what games were made for after all.… Expand

    this is an awesome game the campain, co-op, Totally the online multiplayer, also forge and theater, skulls is awesome this is the reason I bought my xbox 360 if you haven't pleyed this game then you must!!!!!!!!

Grunts, brutes elites and marines all look excellent, and its visuals are only rivaled by the epic Gears of War. Secondly, whens the last time you saw a 6' 5" 18 year old and thought h was "little?"     The thing that makes Halo 3 the winner for me is multi player and this is also why the franchise is so successful, it started off with mates lugging xbox's and tv's around to connecting with them on Xbox Live Halo will always be Microsofts flagship title

    HALO 3. That's all you need to know. Of course the graphics are good, the gameplay spotless, and the story...actually kind of convulted. But the Multiplayer makes up for it. I have seen some crazy stuff happen in some of the modes, and that makes this game ever the more priceless.

    Halo 3 is one of the most engaging and ingenious games I've ever played. Right off the bat I was blown away by the colorful landscape and amazing graphics. The achievements for finding skulls and replaying the campaign on harder difficulties had me playing it forever. Even when all of that was done, the online experience is nothing short of amazing. Best Halo Game Yet!

    Halo 3 is a great game with a fun campaign and an excellent multiplayer experience! It came out 2 years ago and it still tops some of the FPS coming out to this game! Must play!

    Halo is what I expected. the series is known for the vehicles, the guns, and the maps. I must say Bungie has done it again. The balance of the gameplay is 99% perfect. The new weopons like the spartan laser and the gravity hammer are awesome. the campaign has very good music and atmsphere. one of the best cut scenes i have seen in a video game.     While possibly not as epic as Halo or Halo 2, Halo 3 is still an incredible game of its own right. One of the 10 best action games ever, I would even say. The day I traded in Mass Effect (too slow for my tastes!) for a used Halo 3 was the smartest game purchase day of my life!

The human character designs are lacking in certain areas, but the environments, the vibrant colors, the textures, and the scale of the game is breathtaking. The campaign wraps up the struggle between the Covenant HALO 3 is an incredible First Person Shooter and a satisfying end to one of videogaming's greatest trilogies.     Anybody who knows anything about FPS or online shooters knows that Halo (entire trilogy) is among the most evolutionary and revolutionary shooters of all time. Anybody who gives this below a 9 is kidding themselves. This game is easily the best mulitplayer shooter of all time. By miles. I, personally, thought COD4 was garbage.

    The reason I'm giving this a perfect score is because it accomplished everything it set out to do. The plot is certainly an improvement over Halo 2's, and as always there is great multiplayer (with a huge amount of different modes to play from).     I'm rating this game a 10, since it truly deserves this score. I've been seeing a lot of negative reviews for this game, and it's about time someone did this game justice. If the campaign and the custom map editor doesn't get you, the online probably will.     The best game in the Halo trilogy. Everything in Halo 3 works really well. Forge and Theater are a spectacular addition to the Halo series. The games story is fantastick and surprised me atleast three times. The campaign is short but adds extra replayability with meta games, skulls, easter eggs and meta games. Multiplayer is superb but might be a little too competitive for some people The best game in the Halo trilogy. Everything in Halo 3 works really well.     The right length for the casual gamer. Good selection in difficulty for all levels. Great blend of gameplay, graphics, and music. Online CO-OP iand online multiplayer action is great. The Theater allows for playback of recent games and clips to relive moments in the game as well as capture hi-res screenshots.

It's not 100x better than Call of Duty 4 and BioShock,but it's only an inch better than Call of Duty 4 and BioShock. Why? Halo 3 not only finished the fight with non-stop,summer blockbuster-esque action,but it continues giving what started giving back when Xbox Live Halo 3 is not only the best game in the trilogy,but it's also the best game on the Xbox 360 thus far.     This game finally balanced the issues of overpowered vehicles in H1 and overpowered rockets in H2. Like it or not you Have to buy it if you own an xbox.

    Good campaign, with metagame and 4-player online co-op giving it high longevity and replayability. Amazing mulitplayer with extras like the Forge map editor. Insane online stat-tracking. My only concern is the small number of multiplayer maps which will be remedied soon with the first of what will certainly be many map pack releases.

The Needler because of it is weak as hell now and the pistol... well... it was really only good in halo 1 and kinda fun to dual wield in halo 2 but it sucks in halo 3. What I like: melee has gotten stronger, you can just smack the Brutes up if you play on easy. The Gravity Hammer is a great Michael B. has everything right.     It's the addition of the Forge level editor and the saved films that give the game an even longer set of legs, legs that will probably keep you running at full speed until Bungie figures out where, exactly, to go from here.

    Halo 3 is the best Xbox 360 game to date. The single-player campaign and storyline are both very strong, but it's Forge and the Saved Films features that will likely go down in history as Bungie's crowning achievements. They've basically taken everything great about the series and improved upon it in every way, then added some amazing new features that we'll be using for years to come.
