    With a good range of puzzles, an original soul, but weak platforming, play Contrast because it's something fresh, sweet and unexpected. Just don't ask for perfection. [Jan 2014, p.84]

    It lacks polish and you may find no reason to come back once its completed, however Contrast is an entertaining and original experience that dares to try something a bit different.

    First off this game is not perfect. The controls can be janky and there are a few bugs. But sheesh did I love this game. I played it in 2022First off this game is not perfect.     The characters are interesting, the story is brilliantly told, the shadow play forming is genius and super original, the location and atmosphere are so cool and immersive. What a cool game! It’s also really short which I like for a game like this! I can’t believe this was Compulsion’s first game, that blows my mind! This is a must play on any console or PC. It’s also free on gamepass. If you have gamepass there is no reason not to give this game a go. It is maybe four hours start to finish for a full run through with all achievements!    … Full Review »

    Great Game, obviously there are control issues, but for 2014 and a studio that has never even been heard of before, solid experience.
