Take it for what it is and you will enjoy it. Back in the days of some of these games the plot lines and depth of gameplay weren't there, it was just pure unadulterated entertainment. That remains today, just don't expect Mass Effect 3 storylines or Gears of War visuals. Just pick up the gamepad and enjoy.

A decent collection with a few standout games. [Issue#85, p.93]

With several very good arcade games, Capcom Digital Collection is a valid choice for everyone who still haven't bought them via Xbox Live.

Despite the fact that Capcom Digital Collection gathers titles that are not necessarily close to perfection, being able to play HD versions of Super Street Fighter II, Final Fight or Flock are make spending some money on this compilation of famous arcade games worth it.

Although the price is quite attractive, bear in mind that this collection mixes great games like Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix or Final Fight: Double Impact with some that are not as good, like Flock or Rocketmen.

Some of the games in this pack are great, others not so. In any case, you can buy 8 games in a budget-price that will keep you occupied for many hours.

A good idea, as there are plenty of great games made by Capcom in the XBLA marketplace. This selection has somewhat mixed quality. The best are Super Puzzle Fighter II, Super Street Fighter II and Final Fight, and the others are not that good, but it is a good chance to enjoy some Capcom digital classics if you haven't downloaded them previously.

Unless you can find this compilation on the cheap, we'd suggest you buy the games you fancy separately. [June 2012, p.88]

A mediocre collection of XBLA games by Capcom. It includes decent pieces of work, however, they fall from grace in comparison to the rest of the games that's been made defective and that's been put into this collection as a padding as far as I'm concerned. This collection is still worth your money, but it's not worth enough.

There's a pretty decent amount of good games in this collection, but a lot of really bad ones at that. Final Fight and Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 in all their glory, but where the hell is Mega Man 9?

Bionic Commando is okay, and the others are mediocre. But Rocketmen was the worst out of all of them.

It is not worth $40... Maybe $20, which is what I bought it for.
