Nov 25, 2012If you are skeptical about this DLC, and wasted money with others, you know that Gearbox delivers with value for money. But I got just one question to ask you: EXPLOSIONS?
-
Nov 24, 2012Irreverent? Yes. Hilarious? Yes. New characters, new (large) environments, new weapons, new currency, new vending & slot machines, new enemy types, new bosses and near-endless arena slaughter makes this worth every penny. If you love Borderlands, you will love this great expansion.

Nov 28, 2012The best Borderlands DLC since Claptraps Robot Revolution. Arena battles, racing, humongous explosions, hilarious cast, great yet simple story and a **** Dinosaur truck!!!

Nov 29, 2012Here we go again. Time to take a trip back to Pandora to see what the second installment of Borderlands 2 downloadable content has to offer. Campaign of Carnage introduces us to the character of Mr. Torgue (Owner of the Torgue corporation) who has set up his own tournament on the site of yet another alien vault (In what he dubs the

Sep 1, 2013It was a decent DLC, I enjoyed Mr. Torgue who always made me chuckle otherwise it was just OK. Not bad, just nothing special. The location just felt like the rest of the main campaign. I wouldn't shell out for it unless you really need some fresh borderlands action and have already played the other 3 or if it goes on sale.

Jul 21, 2013This is probably the worst of all the Borderlands 2 DLCs, and both the plot and added gameplay is pretty unimagenative. Yet it's still Borderlands, so it provides some sort of fun, just not as much as the vanilla game or any of the other DLCs.
-
Dec 13, 2013Borderlands 2: Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage is an awesome add-on for Borderlands 2. It is a significant improvement over the Captain Scarlett add-on, and is full of great humor.

Jan 30, 2022This DLC was better rythmed than the previous one (Pirate's Booty), same material than the main game, the level cap was a little bit higher which was appreciable. More of the main game for around 5 hours, everything is said there.
Awards & Rankings
-
Dec 17, 2012Borderlands 2's second DLC offers a solid eight hour of entertainment filled with testosterone and crazy characters. The expansion might be slightly rushed, but is a lot of fun nonetheless.
-
Dec 12, 2012The jokes alone make flaming skags worth weathering.
-
Dec 10, 2012It's a little disappointing that, like the last DLC, this one doesn't raise the level cap for players, but if you enjoyed Borderlands 2 and you're looking for more of it, it's a great pickup.
