    It takes the satisfying shooting action, the well-tuned loot hunt, and the inimitable character of the core game, amps it up, and beams it straight into your brain without ever stopping to breathe.

    In this DLC, a certain Mr. Torgue hosts an explosive tournament, trying to find Pandora's biggest bad-ass. Sounds like an excuse for a boring chain of arena battles, but thanks some cool quests and a terrific sense of humour, this is not the case. [January 2013, p.94]

    In an age of overpriced character skins and pay-to-win microtransactions, it's nice to see that Gearbox is willing to put out substantial content that is well worth the asking price.

    While it solely focuses on only one type of loot and isn't as big as Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty, Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage is another solid addition to the Borderlands 2 experience.
