Aug 8, 2019Bioshock infinite has the best gameplay, a amazing but not as good as the first story, tight as always soundtrack. The only thing holding this game from being a ten is the story does have some plot holes but I did not notice them until somebody told me about them so maybe you won't either.

Feb 10, 2014It must be me. I had fun with this. It's a solid shooter in an amazing setting but for some reason it didn't grab me. Maybe I should have stuck with it. You should all give this a go.

Apr 27, 2013This game failed to impress me at some point: first, no map navigation, so wandering around and have no idea where to go is confusing. Second: the large enemies are much more annoying and not so villainous as the BigDaddy, and third: No choice affect the final ending. Nevertheless, the great story and good gameplay shows that this game is a great candidate for GOTY this year. Worth playing anyway.

Apr 17, 2013I loved the other Bioshocks, but this had a dissapointing feel. The ending was epic and amazing, but this game could have been so much better. There is alot of loopholes in the story (non ending wise), and it just doesn't make sense that not a single person you fight against uses the "plasmids" against you.
It is damn good, but it should no way win game of the year. -

Mar 28, 2013One of the most beautiful, polished, original, creative, and thought provoking games ever made. There's really no game like it on the market except for the original Bioshock. The game has a stunning beginning and a mind blowing conclusion that is actually only the beginning to understanding the story. Playing the game again brings about a totally new perspective on the game.

Nov 18, 2013A good game that i feel is lives up to the Bioshock name, the scenery and storyline are the best parts of the game and are what make it worthwhile playing. The combat on the other hand is nothing special, with less variety than previous Bioshock games it was a bit of a disappointment. Overall though it is well worth playing

Aug 15, 2013This game was fun to play though, though I feel the combat is a little lacking. Still though, I loved it and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a story to dive into.

Apr 26, 2013A good challenge, yet I would prefer they kept the old setup where you could have many many weapons instead of just two. The restriction makes it a little bit harder, and removes the fun of finding and improving your favorite weapons instead of relying on what ever is in there.

Jun 21, 2013This game brought some amazing sights and lots of great combat. I don't think any companion has been as useful as Elizabeth in any other game. I did however find the combat to get a bit repetitive towards the end. The story was the highlight and without spoiling be prepared for some plot twists.

Jul 15, 2018Peculiar style of game. This reason makes this game even better. Visual is vintage mixed with modernity and kinda beautiful. Story is well-elaborated and funny, as playing this game. Linearity is flowing and works very well. A fair final to serie, even for who didn't play the another two previous games. An amazing mix of sci-fi, first-person-shooter and breathtaking visual.

Nov 26, 2013Great game. Amazing detail and brilliant setting. The pacing is good, not brilliant. The story is very good and enough to keep you playing, wondering what will happen next.
Combat is varied enough with the help of vigors. Buy lots of ammo as their is lots of combat.
Only real negative is some of the objectives in the mission dont seem to exciting.
A MUST PLAY FOR FPS FANS! 8.2/10 -

Mar 25, 2017A masterclass in story telling
Beautiful graphics, fantastic voice acting and sound effects.
However...an average shooter. Combat is nothing special but to be honest you won't care.
A beautiful experience -

Apr 29, 2021While Bioshock Infinite is a solid game, it lacks so many great things. The Gameplay is so short and linear and does not want you to explore and the sandbox elements are really lackluster and useless you will find yourself using just one or two type of guns most of the Gameplay, but the story is great and the ending is way better that Bioshock 1 and 2's endings.

Sep 10, 2023Artistic and action-packed throughout. It diverges from the original Bioshock formula, but still makes it somewhat familiar. Couple that with an amazing story. What else do you want?

Mar 27, 2013As far as a shooter goes, Infinite is fast and generally gives you something pretty to look at, but if you're looking for a "fresh" experience. I'm not sure this is one.

Apr 6, 2013BioShock Infinite delivers great gameplay with a wide variety of different playing styles, although I only ended up using only 1 or 2 vigors throughout the whole of the game
The story line was awful with a very gineric plot and most of the time found myself extremely bored throughout most of the game.
Overall, even though the plot itself was very bad, the gameplay makes up for it... -

May 11, 2013Visually amazing, but overall in my humble opinion it wasnt as amazing as everyone is saying, the reason i never ended up beating this game was because i lost 2 hours of progress due to save issues and it just happened to be the part where you backtracked in the future and different paralleled worlds.... that ruined it for me still good just wish that never happened

Aug 5, 2013The opening is so breathtaking and splendorous that it could be played at least a dozen times before the repetitive and often frustrating combat bogs down an intriguing (if somewhat less focused than in previous titles) storyline.

Dec 30, 2014Amazing environments, visuals and sound.
The gameplay gets pretty dull and has the same issues that previous Bioshock games had. They don't throw many unique scenarios at you and would rather just throw more and more enemies at you.
One of the most overrated stories I've seen in a video game. -
Jun 9, 2015It may not be the best FPS ever but there's no denying that BSI is a very good game full of stylish visuals and exciting combat. It's a very satisfying game but didn't hold my interest for more than a few hours.

Jul 3, 2013When I first started playing I loved the direction and the setting, a city in the sky with all these features for your character to inhabit like magic and a melee weapon. But as I kept on playing the game started to suffer from repetitive action and events and lost interest in the game all together, even so there is cool breathtaking moments throughout, but forgettable.
-
Apr 24, 2013Overrated, it's like walking through a living history museum, you try to make the best of a bad situation, because you never wanted to go in the first place, then you get dragged off to go look at something your friend finds fascinating, which you don't. Not a bad experience, but not 10 quality.

May 27, 2013An instant classic that should be kept in a special place in every gamer's collection.
-
May 11, 2013BioShock Infinite is a sure-fire game-of-the-year candidate, and definitely one of the standout single-player games of this generation.
-
Apr 19, 2013Fuzzy-headed narrative and thematically irrelevant auxiliary mechanics make Infinite feel sloppy even when it's working. Combat increases in frequency and decreases in impact after the Hall of Heroes, so for most of its length the game sinks towards a deflated ending rather than rising towards a climax. However, that slow descent starts from a great height, so there is still much to value in Infinite even as it drowns in its own shortcomings.
