    Aegis Wing is a pretty decent looking and sounding 2D side-scrolling shooter with a nice twist on co-op multiplayer. The free price tag somewhat makes up for the lack of ship variation and small number of levels.

    Its a free game. Its entirely functional, it was made by a very small team in a very short amount of time. More fun playing with friends thanIts a free game. Its entirely functional, it was made by a very small team in a very short amount of time. More fun playing with friends than solo. But really, what more can you ask for for free? I downloaded the game when it first came out and had a great time, and it is still available for free to this day. If you like horizontal shmups or just need to kill an hour its worth the sub gigabyte download.
