Nov 10, 2020De los mejores juegos que he tenido el gusto de probar, es la combinación perfecta entre comedia y un guión muy interesante.

Dec 19, 2018Great how the Wii remotes were used. A very simple story but you want to know more, charismatic characters, a fun gameplay, and graphically interesting. Maybe its weak point is the small and empty city through which we can travel its streets, it's not a GTA.

Oct 8, 2021It's a draft of No More Heroes 2, but I really loved it. Travis rules!
Story, main character, old school menu and vision, it's one well done game! -
Dec 18, 2020This game has a certain charm to it that is just hard to explain. The entire game feels ironic with it's narrative and jokes, but it was a great time with kickass music and enjoyable characters, but had a few issues with padding and fps

Nov 16, 2020Sus momentos tan absurdos y fuera de lugar hacen que merezca la pena pasar por alto las carencias técnicas y de diseño. Original apartado artístico, y buen guión. Game play mediocre y apartado técnico por debajo del standar de su época.

Nov 13, 2021Why no more heroes is amazing:
1) Hilarious 2) head bopping sound track 3) simple but intuitive controls 4) great art direction 5) tough but rewarding bosses
6) motion controls that don’t suck balls -
Sep 1, 2021A wonderful game with style, substance and replayability. A game worth your time

Jan 11, 2023Similar but less gory than Madworld, No More Heroes has a mild sandbox element like a proto-GTA III in which you earn money by completing sub-games and side missions in order to access the ten boss fights that constitute the bulk of the game. And also like Madworld, it's rather shallow and repetitive but the stylish presentation and novel controls go a long way to make up for the fact.

Like the Wii, none of it should work, but like the Wii, everything does. Brilliantly... No More Heroes is a love letter to videogames that never grows old, tired, or dull. All games deserve to be designed with such lunacy. [JPN Import; Feb 2008, p.56]

n-Revolution Magazine UKThis is a rough game, but it's also funny and self-deprecating, inventive and massively rewarding. If more games had personality and style like No More Heroes does, the world of games would be a much more interesting place. [Issue#18, p.76]

It can be a little basic in places, and it isn’t a ‘paradigm shift’ in any sense, but it is proof that games can love their roots and use the quality of being a ‘game’ to give form to their stories – and excel at it. [Feb 2008, p.90]
