Another engaging Nancy Drew mystery full of colorful characters. Along the way it provides a wide range of game play activities and keeps things interesting with some of the most creative puzzles I've seen in an adventure game.
-
Nancy Drew clues Wii owners in on some fun mystery gameplay.
-
Nancy Drew’s console debut doesn’t make a huge splash, but it’s solid enough for fans that aren’t into PC gaming to take the series for a spin.
-
Nancy Drew: The White Wolf of Icicle Creek is a slightly above average adventure game for teens and is pretty fun to play. However, this Wii version isn’t quite as good a platform as the PC.
-
The beginning will probably put you off a bit, but if you're able to make it past that, there's some genuinely fun gameplay here that's worth checking out.
-
The gameplay isn’t terribly challenging, but the mystery portion can sometimes be a brain scratcher.
-
Still, flawed as I found The White Wolf of Icicle Creek to be, I enjoyed it. A lot. It isn't terribly challenging of course, but it still has a sense of mystery to it that makes it intriguing and perhaps nostalgic for those of us who survived puberty and fondly remember good old Nancy Drew.
-
Nancy Drew makes her debut on the Wii with this PC port that adds some irritating Wii Remote minigames to the usual adventure-game sleuthing.
-
AceGamezThere's old-school, and then there's just old. Nancy Drew: The White Wolf of Icicle Creek feels like one of those antique PC games that you occasionally find beneath your computer desk, lost amid a powdery mess of thick, gray dust and cheap, flimsy CD cases.
