    As a whole, Just Dance doesn't work out too well. The graphics may be very spartan and the sound may be fine, but the controls and the gameplay just don't cut it.

    The only merit of Just Dance is the response of a discrete track list qualitatively, but quantitatively too narrow. The chronic lack of extras and unlockable songs make Just Dance a game which the true dancers out there would do well to forget, to throw themselves on rhythm games made better and far more fulfilling.

    After a decade of jumping on arrows, shaking maracas, and pointing out grooves onscreen, I think I am finally burned out on dance games. I had hopes that Just Dance might help revive my interest in the genre, but sadly it only made things worse. Just Dance just isn’t that great of a game, period.

    Granted, at the $40 price tag you'd probably be better off investing more money and grabbing DDR, Rock Band, or Guitar Hero for an experience that is going to last longer, and is ultimately more satisfying.

    Do not buy this game. Do not rent this game, do not look at this game on the shelf, don’t even think about this game lest someone at Ubisoft find out and they prep a Just Dance 2. Such would be the end of all things, mark my words.

    Just Dance is really an awful game that should be avoided. If you like dancing and waving your arms around, there are a lot better ways to spend $40.

    Whichever way you look at it, Just Dance is one of the most cynical bandwagon jumping game we've seen in a long while.

    I'd call it an accomplishment to play through the entire game without creatively strangling a bystander with a cable just for watching you go through the jumps of self-depreciation that Just Dance asks of you.

    I love Just Dance!! At first I thought the sensor was imprecise as well, but when you hold the wimote exactly as it tells you and accurately I love Just Dance!! At first I thought the sensor was imprecise as well, but when you hold the wimote exactly as it tells you and accurately hit the right moves, it detects JUST FINE. Sure I'd like more tracks but I'm sure they had to pay a pretty penny for the popular songs. The figures are hilarious and I don't mind the simple graphics, if I want cool graphics I switch over to my PS3. As a dancer, it was easy to get into the rhythm and I got a real workout! You start sweating within minutes of the game. I can't wait for the next version, or an update with additional tracks.… Full Review »

This is a reason why some software developers still don't understand to work with the WII games. In Fact the game doesn't even have a big music list , giving the option to throw it in the antique stuff . Also, the movement aren't readable , well, most of them, so is easy too cheat.… Full Review »

It's a disgrace to the Wii's casual gamer market, as it is a pitiful substitute to actually playing some albums, getting some friends round and ACTUALLY dancing, not looking like a tool. Sure, there are decent songs on the game, but frankly, for a game aimed at those that haven't picked up a gaming controller at all, or in a long time, it's just a joke.
