  • Summary: The HorrorLand theme park has been a fixture of writer R.L. Stine's Goosebumps books since its first appearance in 1994's One Day at HorrorLand. Since then, "the scariest place on Earth" has been featured in numerous Goosebumps books, as well as a board game and a 1996 PC game. [GameSpot]

  1. This game is not any fun at all to play. The visual theme of the parks is about the only positive feature, which is a good reflection of the essence of the books. But, graphics do not a game make. Parents should avoid this game.
  2. Despite the game's great sense of humor, respectable graphics, and well crafted child-friendly horror-themed atmosphere, frustrating and monotonous gameplay make HorrorLand virtually unbearable.
  3. The controls in this horror-themed minigame collection are possessed by an evil spirit whose only goal is to drive you mad.
  4. Despite a few fun excursions, the scariest thing about HorrorLand is its overwhelming mediocrity.

Sure the graphics can be a little clumsy and the girls voice acting is bland, but the enjoyably is still there. As a kid I play the hell out of this game. I like the one on the wii the best because of there great use of motion controls. I recommend this game to the people who likes the best of the wii's motion controls. Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Awesome game as a child but not as good for a replay. You will be lucky if motion controls actually work well enough to play most games. The only good thing I can say about it is the different environments which were the most enjoyable parts of it. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over the ages of 8 Expand

Why do Goosebumps Games always fail? They are simple! But this game...it's just minigames! I like the point and click games of GoosebumpsWhy do Goosebumps Games always fail? They are simple! But this game...it's just minigames! I like the point and click games of Goosebumps cause they actually felt like a Goosebumps game but this one feels like a cheesy version of Mario Party trying to be scary. Expand

Despite being apart of my childhood, Goosebumps Horrorland truly makes the horror of mini-golf and really bad motion controls a reality.

Goosebumps horrorland is not horribly scary oreven interesting, it is quite simply put; Horrible.
This game lives up to its name, and takes you to a whole new land of horible games, a land, where this mostrosity can actually be published.

With completely uninteresting minigames and a story that would make Tolkien cry, this game is not worth even the $7.50 advertised on this very webpage. The ending was so "Horrific" that I begged and pleaded God to let em go back in time and stop myelf from making this purhase, and spend it on another game.
Dont fear the reaper in this horror themepark, just fear the game disk.
