    For cheap thrills, ExciteBots gets the job done. The transforming creepy crawly machines are so much fun to watch in action that it seems unfair to judge this game too harshly. Unfortunately, it’s also hard not to feel that with a bit more time and care, the core idea could have been expanded into a brilliant kart-style racer.

    Excite Truck for the Wii was one of the first racing games for the system and showed players that driving using motion controls can be easy.Excite Truck for the Wii was one of the first racing games for the system and showed players that driving using motion controls can be easy. Excite Truck wasn't without it's flaws, but it was fun to play. ExciteBots seem to have took a look in itself and decided to really push the 'excite' and tricks from Excite Truck. What happens comes a game which plays like the Excite Truck.. but looks and feels like a cartoon episode of Excite Truck. The game can be very fun, especially if you're hitting all the tricks and getting high scores, but if you're not then the repeated red bars and jarring sport challenges and items will disrupt the game play. Several tracks return in an almost copy and paste fashion with a few new 'required' tricks to pull off. Overall, Excitebots just feels like a step backwards.… Full Review »

    Pretty good, still think Mario Kart has more replay with the online... but a SOLID second game to turn to for fast, over the top racing....
