This is a very interesting game. I give it a 5 not because it deserves one, necessarily, but because of the simple, somewhat guilty appeal.

Pros: Simple time-waster Doesn't get old too quickly Multiplayer, while hardly there, is surprisingly fun with a friend. Cons: It looks like banner ad. It could be classified as genocide Only one minigame ... and it's not even

    Pros:
    Simple time-waster
    Doesn't get old too quickly
Multiplayer, while hardly there, is surprisingly fun with a friend.

    Cons:
    It looks like banner ad.
It could be classified as genocide
Only one minigame ... and it's not even worth mentioning.
    Price for value

In short, it's a fun game, but very simple. No plot twists, heck, no plot at all, but it's fun.

Final verdict: A good, solid game if you just want to waste time, but don't look at it as a serious game. Maybe wait 'till this one hits the bargain bin.

A game with a title as hilarious as Chicken Shoot would be expected to be a bit like the classic NES game Duck Hunt. Well, It's a lot like that. The arcade mode has a few levels to complete. All of them are in different parts of the world, but the objective is the same each time: shoot respawning chickens in a small area until the chicken count in the corner of the screen runs out. All of them are in different parts of the world, but the objective is the same each time: shoot respawning chickens in a small area until the chicken count in the corner of the screen runs out. This sounds and is simple, but many times I found the chicken count running out without taking me to the next level, instead letting me shoot a few more chickens before the results screen came up. This mode is fun if you're bored, but at other times the game can get quite boring, probably due to the constantly replaying music and simple objectives. I completed the arcade mode in just over an hour, but Chicken Shoot comes with a 2 player mode, as well as Classic Mode, based on previous versions of the game, such as the PC version. Overall, Chicken Shoot is a basic game that you can enjoy if you're in the mood, but one that can be quite boring if you're not in to these type of games. £30/$60 is absolutely not worth it at all, but its current price of £5/$10 is not too much for this Duck Hunt-style game. 1. It’s an accessible and easy-to-master Wii game, providing simplistic gameplay and a neat art style. It’s certainly not "Call of Duty," but on the Wii that may be a good thing.
  2. Chicken Shoot is like Duck Hunt for idiots.

It's got less meat than any McNugget and it doesn't even taste good – plus, it'll cost you about $30, which equates to about a dollar for every minute you'll spend with it.
