  1. The simple pick-up-and-play mechanics embody everything the Nintendo Wii is about -- and they make for a fun experience, too.
  2. Some of the best fun you can have on your Wii alone or with friends, and I’m sure it was games like this that Nintendo had in mind when they created their new gaming system.
  3. It would have been easy to slam this as yet another mini-game collection. It isn’t the developers fault, and they made a fun game. Mini-games are a crowded field on the Wii right now, and while the market may be as saturated as a sponge at the bottom of the ocean, each game still has to stand on its own. Carnival Games stands up very well.

Sadly, there isn't enough to keep you coming back for long and most of the games simple don't work very well. There are much worse party games on the Wii, but this one is far from being fun. Best game, the guy is so funny I love fishing and shooting the monsters 10/10. Great for friends who think going to the IRL carnival is for kids

If you want a family game that everyone can enjoy, buy Mario Party or something. Just don't buy this game because I doubt you'll have much fun at all. I suppose it's not awful for what it is but it's a game about games at a carnival, which aren't exactly thrilling in real life, so they're even less fun when virtually recreated. It's not horrendously bad, but it just isn't good. Full Review »
