Different from the American distributor, Taito knows how to raise the value of its WiiWae titles: knowing the original NES version may be bought by 500 Nintendo Points, they have launches Plus! with double stages, multiplayer, new items, enemies and songs, besides the better graphs, chart of points and a collectible catalogue for only 100 additional points.

Bubble Bobble Plus!, with its great music, tons of content and multiplayer, finally has pulled WiiWare out of the slump it’s been in.

On the surface Bubble Bobble Plus! looks like a simple remake of the original arcade game, but a ton of new levels and a few new gameplay elements make it a far superior experience, which is worth buying even if you already bought the NES game.

The classic gets some well implemented new features that extend but don't overwhelm the original.

A decent return to form for a classic series that manages to combine the old with the new delivering an enjoyable experience for everyone that is entertaining on almost every level.

Bubble Bobble Plus is to be considered a true masterpiece. With only eight euro download you con get on your Wii a timeless classic, renovated in two versions, and an extra title, also in two versions. The opportunity to play with four friends, web ranking and excellent design make the title Taito, distributed in Europe by Square-Enix, a classic that should not miss in your collection. A complete game that can be further enriched by extra mode, at a cost of two euro, called Delirio and good for more skillful players.
