The high definition resolution makes it the best-looking of all the versions, but the models and textures are all the same here – much more could be done on Wii U, and hopefully a future Transformers release will be able to actually take advantage of the new system's power.

It was for little kids, and the levels where so boring and repetitive. The battle mode was fun 3 times, until I just got so bored with this bad game. Don't bother buying this game, as there really isn't that much content. Full Review »

The controls are good while the combat can get a little repetitive, especially during the character battles. Enemy placement can be cheap at times and can and will pin you down as much as possible. The driving controls would have been better during the vehicle sections if they had gone with the same control scheme for the platforming sections. The motion control is far too sensitive and will send you too far over fairly quickly with the slightest movement. Onto the story, the writing is on par with that of the show and all the voice actors reprise their television rolls, With the Exception of Dreadwing. The sound mixing can be a bit off at times, and for some reason the programmers decided to use the blaster transform sound effect for every hand movement and as a fan of the show I find it very distracting.
