Aug 5, 2023Wow!!! What a surprise! The graphics, the speed, it's just an amazing game! A must-have on WiiU. It will get very difficult in the later Stages, but i can just encourage you to keep on playing, its very rewarding when you master it!

Apr 23, 20178.6 - Not a whole lotta racing games nowadays that are really good, so this one stands out. It runs great definitely above 40 FPS and tracks are crazy and challenging. Although don't compare this to F-zero because they are completely different.

Mar 14, 2017This game takes up the mantle of F-Zero & puts a unique spin on it by adding boost pads that require you to change color in order to use them. You also collect orbs on the track to fill up your boost meter. It's probably the most fun you'll have in a racing game on the system besides Mario Kart 8.
Totally worth getting on the Wii U or Switch, possibly both! -

May 16, 2016For only 15 dollars you can have a great futuristic racing game. That should be enough reason for you to buy it. Although it has very few circuits, the graphics and gameplay are just so good... And it is completely addicting!

Mar 30, 2016FAST Racing NEO is very close to perfection, it is how F-Zero Wii U should look like :) I'm just curious why Nintendo didn't provide F-Zero brand for this amazing fast racing game. In conclusion
FAST Racing NEO is must have game for almost Wii U owners especially for such miserable price.
Peace :) -

Mar 24, 2016The game inherits the whole spirit of the F-Zero franchise and takes it to a whole new level. Great graphics, sound and of course the price! It´s like the best mix of Wipeout and F-Zero a fan could ask for.

Mar 9, 2016This game can go 2 ways for me. Either super fun or so annoying I want to smash my gamepad. The speed is insane. If you crash once you will find yourself in last place almost every time and it goes so fast I have no way of dodging some of these things without slowing to a halt. It's an okay game at best.
-
Mar 5, 2016Highly overrated! Why, because this game is lacking depth in many ways and other bad design decisions:
- No car tuning whatsoever
- Not enough event variety
- Weird save-game mechanism
It could have be a really good game if some more development would have put into it. -

Feb 21, 2016I really liked this game, the graphics are kinda "low res" (I usually play pc games) but the feeling of speed is awesome, my kids also love it :) I hope this also comes out on pc so we can enjoy it even more!

Dec 30, 2015Fast Racing Neo is a very immersive game messes with your emotions. The Wii U console it runs very well 60ps. It's fun assurance and wee hours of gameplay
-
Dec 27, 2015Wanna go fast? Is speed your game? Will slowing down end up costing you the race?
If you are up for the challenge then this is your game! GO FAST AND DONT STOP! -
Dec 27, 2015This is the best game on the wii u at the moment, it's fast frantic and fun. I just hope the developers decide to release more tracks for it in the future as this game is amazing and deserves extra content. My current game of the year for sheer arcade syle pick up and play fun which is severely lacking in the current generation.

Dec 17, 2015This "game" is about perfect running. In a match between good players the only moment of interactivity will be at the start, after that, everyone will have perfect trajectory and, without any kind of a weapon present, there will be nothing to do to shuffle places around effectively making an online match a time trial run.
TL;DR: This tech demo has next to none actual multiplayer game in it... -

first time I saw it I thought: Meh, F-zero ripoff.
But then I played it at Gamescom and I was hooked.
The game-play mechanic works very good and is a solid feature.
you might have to adjust to the speed as it is lightning fast.
no easy game.
This is no F-zero ripoff, its the successor to F-zero.
Nintendo should have these guys make the next installment. -

Dec 14, 2015Great F-Zero-esque racing game. With great track design, gorgeous visuals, and a surprisingly high difficulty level, Fast Racing Neo is a great addition to the Wii U's library
-
Dec 14, 2015Amazing!! A full speed game for Wii U for just $15. A must have if you love F-Zero games. Extremely challenging and fun. Don't think about it, log in to e-shop and buy it!
-
Dec 13, 2015Amazing game from the first game, great designs and a very good sense of speed, fzero we wanted for this console , an essential game for the console at an incredible price
-
Dec 13, 2015FAST Racing Neo is a fun-tastic game. Visually impressive, incredibly fast and smooth, and - for a so small cost of 15,00 € / $ - it's a MUST-BUY. Playability and controls are just perfect, it's a great title for Wii U.

CD-ActionMar 4, 2016All those who can’t get over the fact that Nintendo forgot about F-Zero can now play a really decent indie substitute. The same goes for all of you who miss Wipeout. [02/2016, p.63]

Pelit (Finland)Mar 3, 2016Although a bit clinical, succeeds in being a nice little racing game. [Feb 2016]

Games Master UKFeb 26, 2016Forsaking weapons for furiously fast racing, this is a worthy stand-in - not usurper - to F-Zero GX. [Feb 2016, p.80]
