Nov 23, 2019With a gameplay mechanic that forces players into deciding on ethical and moral dilemmas, an interesting and involving plot and a top notch presentation, We. The Revolution only suffers from some adaptation issues to the Nintendo Switch, as some of the controls are not intuitive and the size of the text font is too small for the Nintendo Switch screen.

Jun 24, 2019Much of We. The Revolution may feel like busy work for a lot of people. You’ll spend so much of the game reading through reams of text and managing stats that we can confidently state that it’s definitely not for everyone. As an insight into the hardships of the French Revolution, however, it’s an incredibly authentic, thoughtful experience, and those with even a lick of interest in history will find a lot to love here.

Jan 9, 2020It is true that We. The Revolution has an interesting narrative and we can notice a great effort in the graphic section that gives it a special touch, but it also has a rough gameplay without clear objectives.
-
Jul 9, 2019There is great potential in We. The Revolution to provoke genuine empathy for the liberated citizen. This is squandered in favour of sneering at the barbaric past. With poor performance and the dull night-time segments, it isn’t a great package on the Switch.
