    I found the puzzles to be very satisfying to solve in Unforeseen Incidents. There are also a few minigames and action bits now and then to help keep you on your toes, some more welcome than others. The story digs around a bit too much in the trope bucket, but both the characters and the various sets are interesting enough to carry your attention. The topic matter hits a little differently today than it did when the game first released, which may be either a plus or a negative for you. The port to the Switch has been pulled off well, and it plays rather intuitively with a controller. If you’re looking for a good point-and-clicker, this is one game you should see coming.

    Featuring a well crafted, mystery fuelled plot informed by an intriguing cast of characters, Unforeseen Incidents is a distinctive and engrossing point and click adventure. You can tell a lot of work has gone in to making the Nintendo Switch version of this title and it pays off in a fluid, accessible experience. A few foibles here and there are the only blemishes on an otherwise very enjoyable game.

    If you are a fan of classic point-and-click adventure games (like I am) then you will love playing Unforeseen Incidents. It does a great job of balancing the storyline and the puzzles, has a great sense of light-hearted humor and fully immerses you into the game.

    Unforeseen Incidents is a great-looking title that provides tremendous detail in the graphics and great voice acting. Some gameplay aspects could be improved but all things considered, it is a good point-and-click game.

    Unforeseen Incidents is an impressive traditional adventure game that feels right at home on the Switch. Those who already own the title on PC won't be missing anything if they ignore this release, but for Switch users who missed the title's launch in 2018 this is a good chance to pick it up.

L’ambientazione disegnata a mano poi, dà quel tocco in più, oltre che la simpatia dei personaggi nonostante il clima tetro in cui si trovano. Le altre cose che rendono questo gioco piacevole, sono soprattutto le tematiche che vengono affrontate, la storia che si cela dietro essa e come ne verranno fuori affrontando mille difficoltà.
    Anche la crescita del personaggio di Harper che da un semplice tuttofare si ritrova invischiato in una pericolosa cospirazione. Poi comunque a dirla tutta, sembra una situazione simile a quella in cui ci troviamo noi oggi con la Pandemia del Covid-19, ovviamente non siamo a quei livelli in cui vivono i cittadini di Yelltown, peró la tematica è quella. Un Thriller davvero emozionante e piacevole da giocare per essere un classico punta e clicca anni ‘90 ma con un tocco di modernità.    … Full Review »

    Super cool art style, very nice music. Interesting, varied riddles. Compelling conspiracy story. Some few riddles are too cryptic though.
