Two Point Hospital on the Switch is an absolute delight. The Humour is spot on and will keep you smiling, while the mounting challenge of each new hospital will keep you glued to this enjoyable simulator for hours on end.

It’s as addictive as it is satisfying, and the hours I’ve spent with it have melted away like the cares of my newly-cured patients. Whether you’ve been in a simulation game coma like me or living it up as your tycoon of choice, Two Point Hospital more than lives up to its forebears. Let’s add eight more points to that title.

Two Point Hospital is an addictive management experience which you’ll adore if you enjoyed the likes of Theme Hospital, Theme Park and Rollercoaster Tycoon. There’s a deep sense of satisfaction in getting things to click and watching the money rack up – and who doesn’t like making money?

Two Point Hospital lands on the Nintendo Switch after enjoying over a year and a half of a very good reputation and it fits the Switch so well it's easy to forget this game started elsewhere. Thanks to a combination of fun, fluid, balanced gameplay and a marvelous audiovisual environment, Two Point Hospital plays perfectly whether on a big screen or as a handheld experience and rises above its peers to be one of the top management games available on the Nintendo Switch.

Two Point Hospital triumphantly succeeds on multiple fronts. It succeeds as a deeply rewarding simulation experience with a fantastic learning curve and a good challenge. Additionally, the port quality from the folks at Two Point Studios and Red Kite Games is phenomenally smooth on Nintendo Switch - even when your hospital halls are filled with dying patients.

Two Point Hospital is entertaining, quirky and very funny. It has a nice learning curve and its gameplay never gets stale. It improves on the game that influenced it in most areas and does not try to re-invent what was a good game to start with. I really enjoyed it a lot and I think most people will to.

The highest praise we can give Two Point Hospital is that it feels impossible not to have fun with it. It’s zanier than an episode of Scrubs and shot through with some of the most satisfying sim gameplay of any title this generation. It may be heavily inspired by games that came before, but in truth, it feels like a natural evolution of Bullfrog’s title, surpassing it in so many ways and is an endlessly enjoyable addition to the Switch’s third-party library. It's also arguably the best version of the game so far, given its visual similarity to other versions, and being able to carry the experience around with you makes it even more appealing and addictive.

Two Point Hospital is what lots of players have been waiting: a new Theme Hospital. Maybe it's very similar to Bullfrog's game, and doesn't stray far from that formula... but at the same time, that's one of its strongest points: it's like traveling back 20 years, with some new additions. A very funny game, that newcomers can find difficult.

Two Point Hospital is a great hospital management game with a good sense of humor that offers plenty of fun. A very complete title that we can enjoy anywhere thanks to Nintendo Switch.

Two Point Hospital is a fun updated version of the classic Theme Hospital, and it manages to overshadow its predecessor in all aspects. Despite small performance issues and lack of touch support, the game has enough different elements to keep the player engaged for dozens (or hundreds) of hours.

The game's design, art, and simplicity make it a near-perfect Switch title. It's easy to learn, easy to play, and suffers only a few issues that detract from the overall experience.

Two Point Hospital does an excellent job of bringing the genre into the modern-day gaming space. From its simple and excellent graphics to the pitch-perfect humour and gameplay, I can't recommend it highly enough to fans of the genre. While we may never see a sequel to Theme Hospital, I'm more than content with Two Point Studios taking the reigns and can't wait to see what the studio does next.

Two Point Hospital is perfect for anyone affected by nostalgia syndrome caused by old Bullfrog games, but it is also suitable for healthy bearers of irony and for all those who are not afraid of getting infected by its amusing frenzy. The port of the control system on Switch is very good, even if the loads are longer and framerate is sometimes unstable – a not so important flaw for the gameplay of Two Point Hospital.

Two Point Hospital on console was well worth the wait, and you can buy the Switch version with confidence, and that's the doctor's orders.

Two Point Hospital manages to bring to Switch the same crazy and fun experience we appreciated on PC in 2018. Ironic and able to never take itself too seriously, it's a perfect game when you are on-the-go.

A true spiritual successor and sequel in one. Every little element is instilled with the same wit and comedy as the original, and the mechanics are polished to perfection. The constantly evolving needs of each stage, and the regular requests that pop up as little memos mean this never gets dull, and continually keeps players on their toes. There's easily 20 hours here, and plenty more on replays Anyone who loved Theme Hospital will find their new obsession here.

Two Point Hospital is a spiritual sequel to the 90’s classic Theme Hospital. The goal is to build hospitals, hire staff, attract patients, ensure that the budget is kept up and so on. That may not sound very fun at all, but thanks to a lot of humor, easy-going gameplay, a well-balanced difficulty level and constant rewards, it is easy to get sucked into the hospital world for hours. Two Point Hospital is simply a modern version of the laid-back and fun-filled simulators that charmed the gaming world 20 years ago.

Two Point Hospital is a deep and challenging management sim coated in goofy and charming layers of humour. For some, this will be a warm and nostalgic experience sure to kick-start fond memories but to be honest regardless of your familiarity with the game’s past inspiration there’s plenty of fun (and stress) to be had here with Two Point Hospital.

Another excellent PC-to-Switch port that revives the Theme Hospital with a heavy dose of humour and impressively involved business management.

The Theme Hospital experience is back, and it’s great. If you miss it, you should give it a try, as it not only brings back the essence, but also adapts it successfully to consoles.

Despite a few hardware hiccups, Two Point Hospital’s madcap brand of simulation fun transitions nicely to the Nintendo Switch.

It’s a decent port of a great game, that knows that the best way to succeed in capitalism is not only to shaft the vulnerable, but to shaft them with a smile.

Sometimes you want a game to play while watching TV or just needing to kill time. The $39.99 price I feel is too much, especially with the crashes. But if it goes on sale, give Two Point Hospital a shot.

Two Point Hospital is wildly entertaining, with a great sense of humour and production values that pop with light-hearted, satirical style. It's worth playing through if for no other reason than to see what zany diseases and treatments you'll need to deal with next. It's just odd that for a game with such strong nostalgia for Theme Hospital it would neglect to recreate the challenge that was such a feature of those early-era simulators. Still, that's me showing my age, I know, and I can't imagine anyone failing to come out of Two Point Hospital with a giant smile on their face. If nothing else... it's a great cure for boredom (okay, I'm sorry, really. In my defence, I did resist getting that stupid joke out until right at the end).

I mostly play in handheld mode and thus far (I'm only a few maps in) the game generally runs smoothly and looks crisp on the Switch's screen. Yes, there is some slow down (below 30 fps) when you have a huge map zoomed out on high game speed. However, Two Point Hospital joins the likes of Civ 6, Pillars, Divinity 2, Darkest Dungeon as a must-have PC to Switch port Full Review »

I loved Theme Park, Theme Hospital and all the other Bullfrog masterpieces. And this is the closest I got near this Bullfrog-feelings after Bullfrog was closed down. Surely it's not perfect, but the port is fantastic and the game catches the spirit of the old games at its best with new features and a nice look. More games like this please Two Point! Full Review »
