    The Smurfs – Dreams is going to pleasantly surprise a lot of people who think they’re just playing it to keep their kids happy. Although never too challenging, its colorful visuals, clever gimmicks, and solid 3D platforming gameplay help it escape the franchise tie-in doldrums.

    The Smurfs: Dreams isn’t horrible but it’s not brilliant either. From start to finish this was an OK experience that we breezed through and are forgetting about even as we write this. As much as we love the Smurfs, they are definitely more fun when they’re awake.

    This game will be an ideal choice for those players looking for an entertaining and cooperative adventure. Especially if they are fans of the Smurfs or are looking for an accessible title to play with the family. Although it will not be remembered as a milestone in the history of video games, it does manage to be an enjoyable and well-executed experience.
