Much like it's predecessor on the eShop, Palindrome Syndrome, Tested on Humans brings the escape room experience, at least conceptually, to the video game sphere. Forcing you to combine a pretty wide variety of puzzle solving skills, often first including simple observation and thorough examination of your environment, I do enjoy how different the experience is from traditional genre gamesMuch like it's predecessor on the eShop, Palindrome Syndrome, Tested on Humans brings the escape room experience, at least conceptually, to the video game sphere. Forcing you to combine a pretty wide variety of puzzle solving skills, often first including simple observation and thorough examination of your environment, I do enjoy how different the experience is from traditional genre games that only tend to test one specific skill set. That said, there's no doubt that the social component of working with a team of people is lost, though you could have other people in the room participate as watchers and help out it isn't quite the same. While there are times where the controls with specific puzzles can feel a bit clumsy for the most part everything here works well and if you're game for a challenge this will give you plenty to ponder over.
