Really fun metroidvania with beatiful pixel art, a great soundtrack, great satirical humor and innovative minigames.

It's fast and fluid, it looks really good, but this game is just duller than dishwater. Zero challenge, the room designs are as generic as they get. Boring!

It's a fun Metroidvania with a fun meta story that doesn't bring much new to the table.. It does some clever things using QR codes and your cell phone. It's neat, but it doesn't do much to enhance the overall experience.
The game play and combat is fine, but it's really more focused on the humor of the story. It's funny, but it's no Guacamelee. If you've played just about every

I'd give this game a higher score, if its wall jump mechanic would be easier to perform and if combat would be more interesting.
Due to the former I'm stuck at a precise point on the last floor, making it impossible to me to progress and to see the end of this game.
The latter might be a critique towards blind grinding in certain games, which would be totally in the vein of the whole

In the end I'm mitigated on SuperEpic.

A critique of micro purchases has never been as fun as in SuperEpic: The Entertainment War, where we will have to play in a satirical Metroidvania-style game fighting the fascist pigs that control the world.

SuperEpic has nowhere to go after it comes screaming out of the gate. Its engaging initial gameplay never really evolves past button-mashing. Decent sprite work is derailed by environments that are so bland as to defy recollection. Its own commentary on the bereftness of mobile games ends up being a commentary on itself, and leaves you a lonely, wandering shell, questioning your gaming habits, your existence...everything.

SuperEpic: The Entertainment war is an excellent critique of the videogame industry. The title is full of humor, hours of exploration and a great time beating enemies.
