I feel like people are dogging a little hard because of the lack of extra content. They said we would get three legendary titles and we got three legendary titles. You can't fix what's not broken so I don't see the problem. (No excuse for Mario 64's lack of widescreen, c'mon Nintendo.)

This game deserves a lot more credit.
Firstly, it's a compilation of three great games (two of them are the cream of crop of Super Mario series).

There's not much to say except the lack of button mapping and the fact that the Shindou Version was included which has the BLJ patched out and there were only text changes re-mapped buttons to fit the console it released on. The biggest thing is people are upset about this as it's not a remaster and while they could have done WAY more than they did, they didn't promise they were going to remaster it. It is sad that there are no remasters but it's a great collection for people who don't have easy access to these amazing games. It even includes the soundtracks to the games on the title menu! All this said, it's really for people who lost their old stuff or never had the stuff to begin with or maybe who're just too lazy to switch between consoles. It is disappointing that there are no significant changes though but as a collection, it's great! ....Just remember you can't Backwards Long Jump Expand

Great port! This was a really good way to relive these 3 classic games, especially Galaxy for me. Although I think the menu could be better, it was temporary for those who didn't get it, andmore importantly, it needed Galaxy 2. Other than that, awesome game!

    Nota: 8/10

It's three of the greatest platformers of all time in one mediocre emulator. Super Mario 64 is arguably the worst port of the bunch, with Sunshine being the best. Galaxy is an amazing game, but I like it better on the Wii. I really wish that you could use the music player with the screen off like in Super Smash Bros., but it doesn't bother me that much.

NINTENDO'S EXPLOITATION AT ITS WORST: This game was only available in shops and on the eShop for a limited time, creating artifical scarcity. Nintendo is not always anti-consumer, but when it is, it stoops pretty low.

MARIO 64 IS MORE ABOUT NOSTALGIA THAN ANYTHING: Mario 64 was revolutionary when it came out, and it's still uncanny how many new ideas this game nailed–but it didn't nail *all* of them, and today it often feels frustrating and unfriendly. That darn camera!

SUNSHINE IS HIT AND MISS: Of the three games, Super Mario Sunshine is the most controversial. Whatever your thoughts, it's certainly a game that should have been better balanced, ridden with frustrating moments and difficulty spikes.

    PROS:

THREE IMMORTAL CLASSICS: You can dissect each game and evaluate its strenghts and weaknesses. Still, nobody can deny that ach of these games deserves a place in the history of videogames.

A HUGE AMOUNT OF CONTENT: Just completing these three games can keep you busy for dozens of hours. If you ever decide to 100% one or more of them… prepare to spend a very, very long time on this collection.

SUPER MARIO GALAXY: Super Mario Galaxy is still a fantastic game. If it came out today, it would still be one of the best games of the year, and one of the highest notes ever hit by the Mario series.

Absolutely loved this collection. Personally having never played 64 it stood out as the weakest of the three. The camera controls are pretty bad and movement feels less precise than in later entries. It's also tough to figure out what to do a lot of the time but it was a fun experience overall.

Revisiting sunshine was just an absolute pleasure. I'd forgotten how much fun that game is.

Revisiting sunshine was just an absolute pleasure. I'd forgotten how much fun that game is. There are a couple of annoying levels. The chuckster one and yoshi's fruit adventure can be a little annoying but the vast majority of the game is just pure fun. The story has quite a bit of charm to it as well.

This was my first time playing galaxy and boy was it a joy to play through. It's a little lacking in challenge I think but there's so much fun and creativity present that I just had a really amazing time playing through it.

The only real downside is that these games were removed from the e-shop. It's a shame that Nintendo would remove it. I can't fault the games themselves though. It would also be nice if they'd included super mario galaxy 2 as well. I'd love to try it.

I also found the collection kind of highlighted some of the issues with odyssey. Having gone back and replayed odyssey I can see how the lack of challenge, the ease of finding power moons and the focus on exploration over platforming would frustrate some long time fans.

It doesn't offer anything in the way of improvements or new content, so the only the only real bonus you'll get from the package is the option to listen to each game's full soundtrack in its entirety any time you want. This understandably makes it a hard sell for those who have already experienced these games, but if you're like me and never played them before it's not so much of a big deal. Especially since each one still carries the distinctive feel of its original console even on this new hardware.

I was surprised how well Super Mario 64 still holds up after all these years. The restrictive camera is a constant source of frustration, but with a few exceptions (those dang slides...) the level design and puzzles are still some of the best in the genre. It's easy to see why this is considered one of the best platformers ever made. Plus it might be more playable than ever here on the Switch because you don't have to put up with the Nintendo 64's awkward M-shaped controller.

    9/10

Shockingly the title that's aged the worst is Sunshine which originally came out on the GameCube back in 2002 making it a full 6 years younger than the game I just got finished talking about! On top of the controls being somewhat loose, Mario's movements feel too unwieldy in design for the level of precision required to make it past some obstacles. This leads to a portion of the challenges being an absolute nightmare to complete and to make matters worse this is the only game where you don't have the freedom to skip certain stages if you want to. Meaning that you have to suffer through its worst moments to see the end. The majority of the time it's still an excellent experience and I absolutely loved the visual style and bright, colorful island environments. Yet, the way it frequently shifts between being a masterpiece to reaching 3D Sonic levels of bad makes it easily the worst Mario I've played to date. Which at the end of the day is still actually pretty great.

    8.3/10

Galaxy, being the newest and therefore the most refined, of course stands out as the best part of the package. It's unique gravity mechanics turn the platforming quite literally on its head allowing for one of a kind scenarios that remarkably haven't been replicated anywhere other than in the game's own sequel since. Plus it has so much content that in order to fully complete everything you have to play through it more than once, and nearly every aspect has been so meticulously crafted that it's genuinely worth doing so. The one quibble I have is with the motion controls. I can't attest to their quality on the Wii as I never tried that version, but I feel fairly confident in saying they didn't make the jump over to the Switch very well. Those playing in handheld mode or who own the "Lite" model must often make unsatisfactory use of the touchscreen and at its lowest points resort to things like tilting or rotating the actual console itself. Far from game breaking, but are nonetheless elements of an otherwise incredible game that I would have rather not experienced.

    9.2/10

Due to it's time-limited release (which as of this writing has already passed) 3D All-Stars will one day make a nice collector's item, and if you've never played the games before this is probably the best way to do so as it's likely going to be cheaper the hunting them all three down individually. My overall score for the compilation itself is based on an average of the scores you can see listed above that I gave to each of the included titles themselves.

This bundle includes Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy almost entirely in their original form. Besides the necessary Wii remote changes made for Super Mario Galaxy, these are exactly the same games you remember. Even down to the wonky camera from Super Mario 64, which should have been the first thing they changed. In addition to the odd choice to not improve these games, Nintendo is also enacting a forced scarcity model on this title by only selling it until March 31st, 2021. We are not making this up.

This isn’t some remarkable collectors edition that comes with limited edition art or a cool steel case. This is a glorified emulator for two of the best games ever made and one okay game. Forced scarcity is a weird thing in the era of digital gaming. Do you expect me to believe that there is some bigger reason, beyond greed, that you can’t keep a digital game on your store longer than 6 months? All of this complaining and I haven’t even touched on the actual games yet, but for the most part, these are the same exact games that existed on their original consoles, good and bad included.

The likelihood that this review enlightens you on some new aspect, of these two amazing games and one okay one, that hasn’t been covered over the last 20+ years is low. These games are markers for generations of gamers and signify the leaps we have made. They've driven the video game industry forward and laid down the framework for 3D platformers. Super Mario 64 signaled a change for what video games could be and the fact that it is included in this bundle elevates it to high levels. Even with Super Mario Sunshine trying to pull it down. To clarify, Super Mario Sunshine is not a bad game when compared to most 3D platformers. It is just an okay Mario game, especially in contrast to its successor, Super Mario Galaxy.

Super Mario Galaxy revolutionized what a Mario game could be and it's an absolute delight to play. It's a whimsical and beautiful adventure through space that replicates a lot of the magic felt in Super Mario 64. It is worth noting that this was my first time playing Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy, and let me tell you, playing Super Mario Odyssey before these two paints them in a much different light than they were originally played in. Galaxy still has unmatched gravity mechanics and world design, but Sunshine falters significantly when it comes to creative environments and enjoyable move sets.

The most stark realization after playing these three classics, in contrast to Super Mario Odyssey, is how unenjoyable it is to be taken out of a world after acquiring a star or shine. Odyssey beautifully maintains momentum when playing through worlds by allowing you to continue your adventure in the same location after obtaining a moon. This momentum is critical in a grueling game like Sunshine, where the difficulty level was turned up to 11, and the temptation to throw down your controller and turn off the console is high. For the most part, these three titles hold up very well, but they also highlight the masterful evolution that is Super Mario Odyssey.

In summary, Super Mario 64 is as good as you remember, barring the camera issues. Super Mario Sunshine is still the black sheep of the Super Mario 3D family, though offering some interesting mechanics that are worth trying if you’ve never touched the title. And Super Mario Galaxy holds up pretty well as one of the best 3D Marios, even though it can feel awfully linear at times. Super Mario 3D All Stars is exactly what it is described as and nothing more. That being said, we discussed on a recent podcast episode who the demographic for this game is. We do not recommend this bundle to those who did not grow up with nostalgia for it, but would rather suggest Super Mario Odyssey for a new Switch owner. For those of us who have nostalgia for these titles, like the BLG team, we definitely recommend this. These three games are must haves for any fan of the classic 3D platforming genre. At the end of the day Busch League Gaming gives this a very nostalgic, biased 8 out of 10.

While these are lazy ports and the could've been so much more, they are still amazing games that will give you hours of entertainment even if the ports aren't ambitious. Even by how lazy this collection is I'd still recommend to pick it up since these 3 games are so amazing and they could take up to 100 hours to 100% complete all 3 games as there is enough content in these games to keep you entertained for a long time, especially if you haven't tried one or any of these games this is the perfect time to try them out. This is the best official way to experience this retro content (although that's not saying much).

However, this collection is a disappointment in many ways, not the games themselves but what it could've been. For one thing, Super Mario 64 isn't even widescreen when we've seen PC modders being able to do that very easily with so much less money and resources than the global billion dollar company Nintendo. There aren't many control or picture options which are features you'd expect from an anniversary collection, not even the slightest additions of textures to make the games look better. However, the thing that baffles me the most is that Mario 64 and Mario Sunshine still run at 30fps when we've seen PC mods able to run those games easily at 60. It baffles me that Nintendo didn't even take the effort to make these games 60fps ESPECIALLY when Mario Sunshine already had a 60fps build at one point for the Gamecube. Also outside of these ports, Nintendo didn't really add much of anything interesting to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Mario. No behind the scenes footage of the creation of these games, no interesting trailers or art, or much of anything at all. The only real content 3d all stars gives a soundtrack, but in the year 2021 with our smart device always connected to YT and the Internet, do you even need the soundtrack when you could just go straight to youtube and access thousands of Nintendo or video game soundtracks

Honestly, I feel like this collection is disrespectful to gaming's number 1 icon that in the past 35 years always strived in being in the most consumer friendly and fun

    Fun characters

    Cons
The limited timeframe to purchase the game
    Disappointing extras
The camera really needs to be fixed
    Interacting with objects was difficult

Playing Mario 64 again on a hybrid console felt great and I will play through the other games. I don't like what Nintendo has done with the limited time to purchase the game, but I don't regret my purchase. Yes, you can play these games on an emulator for free, but that takes away from the Mario franchise. I paid to support Mario and to enjoy three games (two of which I haven't played) on a hybrid console. These games are old, but they're still fun.

On Mario 64, the camera got frustrating at times because I couldn't look where I wanted to and I had to get creative. It also would have been nice to see it get the same love as Mario Sunshine so that it could fit the whole screen. It's a faithful remake, but I would have liked to have seen basic improvements to the game to make it more user friendly. It's annoying when you know what to do, but by golly, you either can't interact with the object immediately in front of you, or the ai doesn't move so you stand for a full minute, watching and waiting. However, that is for Mario 64. I expect that the next two games won't have the same problems.

These games are great, clean fun. They are worth looking into, but soon won't be available (unless you buy off a third party looking to make a profit).

I hope in the future, Nintendo offers bells and whistles for a limited time and then just the ports of the game in the future because what happened here took away from three great games.

Most of the complaints on here are borderline idiotic. You buy the port to play the games, you’re certainly acting entitled to think you should get extra features. Mario 64 and Galaxy are masterpieces. Sunshine is a fun little different game. If you expected more that’s on you worth every penny to play these games on Switch and on the go, legally.

In a future update, it would be good if they added button mapping options within the individual games. I would like to switch the functions of the R and ZR buttons in Sunshine; it would feel a lot more intuitive to me if it was the other way around (so ZR would be shooting water while standing still).
(I'm aware that there is an option to change button mappings in the Switch settings, but it doesn't work with all controllers and it is a bit of a faff to turn it on and off.)

An option for a updated, modernised camera controls in 64 would also be a good addition.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. For someone who never had the chance to play the three games in the package, this is a great purchase to catch up on what you've missed out. Taking the typical $60 price tag and dividing it by three means that Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy are $20 a pop, and that's a deal I can get behind. However, I understand that the bare bones of this package with nothing but a bunch of emulated remasters and soundtracks that could easily be found on Spotify do not really satisfy on the same level as a 35th anniversary. I want to blame COVID-19 on this because I imagine Nintendo wanted to do more, but the circumstances didn't allow them to really push it to the next level. In the end, the games are the stars of this All-Stars collection, and it's worth it if you view each full game as a $20 purchase and ignore everything else.

Now on to each game individually:

    Super Mario 64
This gets nothing but raves and adoration from the internet, but when I first started the game, I struggled with finding Bomb-Omb Battlefield. Then I was perplexed by the fact that everytime you grab a star, you are sent back to the hub world. This just shows you how little I knew about 3D Mario games, how much we take the modern gaming industry for granted, and how much of a spoiled child I was for playing Super Mario Odyssey and never being kicked out of a world for collecting one star. Because of this learning curve, the completion of this game didn't feel satisfying. Also, the camera work sucks.

    Super Mario Sunshine
Like Super Mario 64, I was actually looking forward to playing this title, then I realized the worlds got slightly bigger, and FLUDD was a giant learning curve for a noob like me. I spent the first half trying to figure out the difference between ZR and R just to get the right movement going while spraying and mentally remembering that X is actually a big deal (unlike most titles). I don't mind the voice-acting, but the story is insane. How did we get from happy times like Isle Delfino, sunshine, and vacations, and go straight to jails, court trials, and community service? That's the last thing i think about in a Mario game. Also, when Princess Peach is finally kidnapped for real at Pinna Park, I kept screaming at her to run during the cut-scene. This character is useless, and cannot fend for herself on the smallest great ideas. Unlike Super Mario 64, once I got the hang of the controls, I found myself loving the grind of finding Shines and the Blue Coins, even though Super Mario Odyssey spoiled me again in identifying each collectible with a name and number, and where their locations were.

    Super Mario Galaxy
This was the one I was least looking forward to because I couldn't get over how the very integrated Wii controls would work in handheld mode. I have a Switch Lite, and all I could think of was, "How am I going to collect all of those star bits that just fling on the screen willy-nilly?" And yes, the handheld mode is a little cumbersome, but that didn't stop me from collecting thousands of star bits when I got the chance. Out of the three, this is my favorite. The controls are perfected for movement. Collecting everything and anything is a blast. The challenge comets are difficult, but not impossible. And for an added bonus, each game file allows completing the game twice (once as Mario and once as Luigi). Completing is rewarding and doesn't feel like a task, and I look forward to the end of the work day where I can kick back and go get more power stars.

TL;DR: 3D All-Stars is slim when it comes to bringing three classics for a 35th anniversary, but the games are fun to explore, and are worth the price of admission, but if you are waiting to see if they will come out individually when April 2021 rolls around, then I understand.

A good port of some good games. Although I don't think Sunshine or 64 aged well, its a great introduction to the older Mario 3D platformers for younger ages and a great callback for those who played them all those years ago.

The brand new 3D All Stars contains three of the biggest 3S Mario titles in Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine and the original Super Mario Galaxy. As some who grew up the original two games and thoroughly enjoyed Galaxy, I would be kidding myself if I wasn’t going to get this.

One of the first things you should know about this compilation is that these games are straight up ROMs. There has been nothing added outside of HD enhancements, no Luigi in 64, no Noki Bay book in Sunshine and you don’t get to meet those shadow creatures in Galaxy. What you see is what you get and what you are getting is three of the best games ever made for the price of one.

Starting off with Super Mario 64, while the game doesn’t appear in widescreen it is still one of the best looking N64 games I have played on a modern console. It’s clear it has gone through a lot of polish with 2d elements like the on-screen icons and text being swapped out for higher quality ones and even some of the 3D models updated aswell. Anyone who played the N64 back in the day will remember just how crazy the controller was with its design, but strangely enough, it really is the one true way to play this game. Playing it with a Gamecube controller on the Wii or a 360 Controller on an Emulator just doesn’t have the same feel and even here with the Pro Controller, this is going to sound crazy but it just feels too….good? It’s weird playing Mario 64 with such a precise controller that had me misjudge my jumps and end up flying off the map. While Mario 64 was absolutely revolutionary back in 1996, its no denying that wow factor has certainly faded away, that being said the game is still very much playable almost 25 years later, which is more than I can say for most of the N64 library.

Next up we have Sunshine and this is probably the one that benefits the most from this upgrade with its new widescreen aspect ratio and while I’m sure we will have some smartasses point out that they have had this version for years thanks to Dolphin, no amount of patches and hacks to the Gamecube version will be able to compare to what is here. (Also, I hate you). The game, for the most part, plays exactly the same as the original with one glaring difference, as you are probably all aware the Switch controllers have digital triggers, compared to the GameCube that had big squishy ones where you could press to move and spray or click down to stand in place and spray in all directions. Because the Switch triggers are either pressed or not with no inbetween, the two spray methods are split between the two right trigger buttons. It does get a bit of getting used too, especially if you played the original back in the day and just out of curiosity I plugged in my GameCube controller via the Wii U adapter but alas, while it does technically work, hold and spray is mapped to the Z Button, and admit it you almost forgot the GameCube had a Z Button.

Galaxy however is the real mixed bag of the collection, graphically it runs at the highest with 1080p and 60fps but, and this may sound crazy, I truly believe Sunshine looks better than Galaxy. It may be because Sunshine has an actual world that is brimming with detail and life while Galaxy is mainly just planets floating in space, but I always found the detail lacking in some aspects. But the bigger issue is one I fear that is going to affect many Wii Games that relied on the Pointer and Motion Controls if they ever get ported, you are able to use the Joycons like you would the Wiimote and Nunchuck, The built-in gyros are a definite improvement to the Sensor bar even being able to centre the pointer with the push of a button. But playing with the Pro Controller, you are able to perform your spin attack by either pushing Y or flicking the controller and let it just be known that flicking a Pro Controller can get quite awkward, if that wasn’t bad enough they even use the tilt mechanisms to guide the pointer. In the case of Galaxy, I honestly had more fun playing it how it was meant to be played with the Joycons.

It may sound like I’m harping on the controls a lot but that’s really because there isn’t much more to say about these games that hasn’t already been said a million times over. Mario 64, Sunshine & Galaxy are without a doubt some of the greatest games ever released and this compilation has brought back many childhood memories, including my own. Ignoring the issues with Galaxy 2 and the limited time availability, this collection is still the best way to play these games.

When I found out that there was going to be a release of older Mario games I was very excited. I have only played Super Mario Galaxy before this was released for a few minutes and, in my opinion, the controls were HORRIBLE. ITS SO MUCH FUN!!! Yeah, It is probably my favorite of them all and probably one of my favorite games of all time. It is challenging, but that makes it fun and all the aspects of it too. And the best of all (not really) its 3 games for the price of one, so if you like two of them but not the other its basically worth $30 and $20 if you like them all. So it's just worth it in general. Games in the collection are masterful but it’s hard to not feel disappointment by galaxy 2 being left out with no accessibility options or much improvement l, especially with 64.

This a really good Collection. I don't know why people are complaining about the price. all three of the original games cost well over 100 dollars. 60 bucks isn't even enough for three of the greatest games of all time in HD. Los juegos son los originales, se ven mejor pero conservan todo. Para mucha gente no es lo mejor, pero realmente yo quería jugarlos tal cual los jugué y es lo que tengo. Cambiaría la magia si tocan algo.

I really liked the game, mainly because of having Super Mario Sunshine, a game I didn't have the opportunity to have when I was a kid. My only criticism is of Super Mario 64, as I think it should be widescreen, and the menu could be a little cooler. But in fact the game is very good!

I can't speak for those who got this having already owned the originals but I bought this to play Galaxy and Sunshine since I slept on Nintendo games back during the gamecube and wii eras. Coming from that perspective I have very little issues with the collection and wouldn't even realize there were problems with it if I didn't see all the negative reviews online talking about them. Coming from that perspective I have very little issues with the collection and wouldn't even realize there were problems with it if I didn't see all the negative reviews online talking about them. To me this is just an HD collection, and I knew that going in so I wasn't expecting all kinds of big sweeping improvements.

I started with Galaxy, got all 120 stars over about a week. Pretty easy game, and I feel the motion controls were pretty gimmicky and not necessary, but overall I still enjoyed it for the creativity and fun gameplay.

Sunshine I'm still playing currently, about 3/4 of the shines collected. This one is definitely one of the jankiest Mario games I've played especially where minigames are concerned. At first I didn't like it very much but once I started playing the second level (Ricco Harbor) was when it started clicking for me, and since then I've really been liking it. I might be in the minority but I think I like this game more than Galaxy. I like the water mechanics with fludd and the location is probably my favorite I've been to thus far in the mario universe. It helps that I'm a sucker for sunny colorful water levels in videogames so the atmosphere really does it for me as well, and it's cool how the island feels like it's an actual place you're exploring where you can see other levels in the distance from the one you're currently in. It took me some time to get settled in but I can see why there are people who hold this one in such high regard despite it's rough edges.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. There is no doubt that those games are historical but i feel like they haven't aged very well or at least as well I expected. Nonetheless they are great games and nothing changes that. Let's talk about the individually. Super Mario 64:The nostalgia hit like a truck when I played again this game after so many years(it was the first video game I remember playing) and it's the beginning of everything. For its time, it actually has good moveset and levels but the controls and the camera have aged terribly though. Overall it's great game but definetely not for one to play on 2020 except for nostalgia or if you are a newer fan and want to try the begging of Mario 3D platformers.

Super Mario Sunshine :This game has incredibly good colors and the overall theme is amazing. In HD it looks way better that it used too.The game though is very challenging comparing to the other 2 and generally to any other Mario 3D platformer. The controls are hard and levels even harder for those controls. Nintendo also removed the long jump in the game for some reason which is one of the most important moves of Mario in all other games. Instead they added Fludd. Overall it's good but very challenging I believe.

Super Mario Galaxy:This game is the best I believe. It has the best levels, theme and Mario's moveset is controlled way better than the other 2(most of the times). The only con I find ,except that sometimes Mario doesn't go to the direction you want,is that (SPOILER) you have to play the game again as Luigi to 100% it. It's about 25 hours..Overall it's amazing and the best of the 3 I believe. The trilogy here is great even though Nintendo could make some improvements instead of HD ports which are made on emulators...They could fix some controls, bugs and glitches and at the same time keep the nostalgia textures and graphics. I strongly recommend this game nonetheless.

So I don’t understand all the criticism this package is getting. Rather then remaster they included two other games and just made ports instead. Playing Sunshine (without a Switch) requires a GameCube or Wii (with game cube controller) and the game is a collectible which usually commands a higher price tag than this entire 3 game collection. At $20 USD per game, this is well worth it. For die hard Nintendo fans who have all the originals or have played them all already. The collection maybe isn’t for you. But for the vast majority of new, or casual gamers this is a great package.

Disappointing Nintendo oddly included Galaxy but left out Galaxy 2, but still a fantastic value considering its three of the best Mario games in one game.

The only thing that keeps it from being a 10 rating is that Nintendo put almost no effort into providing extra features and goodies in the package. The first Mario All-Stars had a ton of extra work that went into it, while this 3D All-Stars are only adds a music list with no extra goodies. It's more like a straight collection rather than something deserving of the All-Stars branding, but as far as collections go its hard to beat this incredible package! If they had also included Galaxy 2 I could have overlooked the lack of extras, but as is both missing an obvious inclusion and no extras keeps it from the highest rating.

The games look great in HD, and they play and feel exactly how you remember - which is fantastic (outside of the dated camera issues). It's an absolute blast to play back through these classics!

And everything else? Galaxy feels, sounds and plays 10 times more better than the original, and while i barely played Sunshine on my gamecube as the game got too hard quickly, now that i've given it a try i can say as a hard game lover that sunshine is an amazing game.

With 64, while i've already finished it various times before, i never really 100% it, so doing it was really satisfying.

Some people might complain "they didn't rework ###" no **** this is an emulated collection, not a remaster/remake. WHERE exactly does it say "we made the games easier to break the immersion they originally gave."?

3 of the best games of all time, not much more to say. The collection is bare bones, it includes the soundtracks for each game and some little tidbits of info, and the improvements are mainly resolution and some FPS stability, but the games are unmatched in the genre.
