Jan 28, 2020Super Destronaut DX is an arcade-ish indie title that recreates the classic Space Invaders experience in a competent-but-simplistic way. It isn’t necessarily a bad game, but it doesn’t offer enough new ideas to keep the player hooked.

Dec 27, 2018Super Destronaut DX could've been a lot worse, but it certainly could've been far better, too. If you're extremely attached to space shooters from the late '70s and early '80s, then you might get something out of this. Otherwise, though, there's nothing done here that hasn't been already executed much better by other similar titles, and the fact that it doesn't add anything particularly unique or interesting to the table makes it difficult to recommend, even despite its low price.

Aug 29, 2018While the most up-to-date relevant, for example, fun to use, including the amount of time the player spends in records. If only other features were more differed in this game and allowed for greater interactivity and Super Destronaut DX would be a more interesting game.
