It is a clever game that was fun to play (it surprised me how fun it was).
I got it at sale but I think it's worth the standard price. Animations were smooth and clean (no pun intended) However, My game crashed twice but it did not affect the pleasure of playing this indie game.
It is a small game so I won't write much, but I would like to add that chapter 20 is confusing af, if u skip

It is a small game so I won't write much, but I would like to add that chapter 20 is confusing af, if u skip dialogue xD I had to google it out, since without the internet my only idea was to trap the murderer (and I did i, but it was not the solution they expected from me)

To sum up, it's a nice indie game to play and finish in one day.

I adore the aesthetic of this game at certain moments and the gameplay is alright. Can't be too critical of it, but don't have much to praise either. It's one of those games that doesn't require much focus so I could mindlessly play this while a movie's on.

A really fun concept of a game. It's fun, you wanna have more.

But the fact that there is some unfair stuff in it (the **** cops running like Usain Bolt whenever they smell just a tiny fart of yours) that sometimes just crushes your fun. Every time you get caught you have to restart the whole mission which can take easily 20-30 minutes do do, and everything you have to pick-up gets

Every time you get caught you have to restart the whole mission which can take easily 20-30 minutes do do, and everything you have to pick-up gets randomized (which also add to the fun if you wanna replay the game, because you have to change you tactic every time).

The unfair part could be easily patched because the cops are honestly too powerful and omniscient, which doesn't really make sense in that game.

Buy it when it's on sale (which often happen) and have fun !

Serial Cleaner brings a 70s-style ambiance to a stealth game and it does a very good job at that. Thanks to its sharp humour and fun action, Serial Cleaner is one of the most remarkable indie games on the Nintendo Switch and its refurbishing mechanic when the player loses adds more variety and extends its lifespan.

All in all, I really enjoyed my playthrough of Serial Cleaner. The stealth gameplay combined with the puzzling environment worked together well by both keeping my attention and baffling my brain. The whole 70s aesthetic and music are fantastic and complement the small story set aside from the main missions. While the controls can feel inconsistent at times, the experience as a whole was very enjoyable. Sure, it’s fun to bring on the onslaught - but who knew it would be so much fun to clean up after.

If you’ve held off on Serial Cleaner, this is a fantastic port. I’d absolutely recommend this over the other versions as well for the convenience of the hybrid console. Serial Cleaner is well worth it on the Switch.
