I am really enjoying this game! It is certainly not perfect - there are some minor grammatical errors in some of the text and I dislike the graphical style used in some parts of the game, but there are lots of positives I want to share with you.
    - It plays very smoothly. The transitions are fast and the combat animation is nice.

    - It plays very smoothly. The transitions are fast and the combat animation is nice.
    - The system of dice combat here is novel and actually works very well.
    - In story mode (where you play as a single character) a run takes just under an hour which is the perfect length in my opinion.
    - There are 10 playable characters! I have unlocked the first 5 so far and all seem to play differently enough to make them distinguishable.
    - If you die you do have the option to retry. This is very useful if you feel you were defeated by bad luck, but it will not help much if you have made poor character building decisions in your run.
Overall, If you love games like Slay the Spire, Roguebook and Monster Train, then this is well worth a look. It borrows many familiar elements from these games but is also refreshingly different.

Ultimately Sea Horizon was a very solid and enjoyable experience. While the quite steep difficulty and dual-component RNG can be tricky to deal with, and may push some gamers away, this is sure to appeal to hardcore fans of the deckbuilding genre. If you’re looking for something challenging and unique, I’d give Sea Horizon a shot.
