    Reigns: Game of Thrones arrives just in time for the show to return and brings another fantastic game from Nerial to the Switch. I still prefer playing the Reigns games on my iPhone but this port is very good.

    As an officially licensed game – complete with character likenesses in Reigns’ angular portrait format and Ramin Djawadi's instantly recognisable score – Reigns: Game of Thrones is about as close as you’ll come to living the day-to-day life of a Westeros monarch, short of visiting the Seven Kingdoms for real. By bringing in key characters and events from the books and show, you’re given enough authenticity that exploring storylines only ever teased in the source material (such as seeing Jamie on the throne or a more compassionate version of Cersei) feel just as meaningful.

    Reigns: Game of Thrones delighted me with fun winks and nods and charming writing, but inevitably winter metaphorically comes and the going gets repetitious. Even with the quick burn, I love all the references and wish fulfillment on display as you get to live out the fanciful reigns of Queen Arya, King Tyrion, and many more. This is an excellent use of the Game of Thrones license despite some inadequacies.

    "Reigns: Game of Thrones" es un gran spin-off del juego de monarcas y usa de forma muy inteligente la licencia de la serie de HBO. Si tu sueño"Reigns: Game of Thrones" es un gran spin-off del juego de monarcas y usa de forma muy inteligente la licencia de la serie de HBO. Si tu sueño es dirigir Westeros utilizando como Avatar a uno de tus personajes favoritos como Jon Snow, Daenerys o Arya Stark éste es el juego que te permite realizarlo.
    Como mencioné anteriormente la historia es que utilizando un personaje principal estás al mando de los Siete Reinos, y deberás durante cada jornada tomar decisiones que alterarán cómo te ven como Rey/Reina y tendrás que soportar hasta la llegada del Invierno y los Caminantes Blancos.
    Es un juego corto de decisiones, cada partida no dura más de media hora e incluso menos. El juego varía por la selección de personajes y sus atributos en cuanto a mejor rendimiento ante cierto punto de vista.
    Lamentablemente es un juego que no es para todos, hay 0 acción y mucha lectura, y eso puede desestimar a varios. Además es bastante repetitivo y ésto puede hacer que uno deje "Reigns" fácilmente.
    Con un carisma que lo hace parecer especial "Reigns: Game of Thrones" cumple, pero no sorprende o genera hype. Es un video juego que entretiene dependiendo de cuán fan sea el usuario de la serie o los libros de "Canción de Hielo y Fuego". Personalmente no lo recomiendo a cualquiera, sería bueno que vean algún gameplay antes de comprarlo.    … Full Review »
