    Even if you've played this on other platforms, there is something special about this game which makes it perfect for "on the go" with the Nintendo Switch! Such a great platformer, the music stages are a blast! One of the best 2D platformers for your money that don't start in "Super Mario"!

    the best platform I've ever played. masterpiece. beautiful art, music and level design. you can't go wrong if you decide to buy it. if you never played the game in any other console, then this is a must for the switch

    Absoloutely loved this game. It was an extremely unique and fun 2D platformer. The visuals were great, The levels were amazing and breathtaking, and the music was also really great. It also had exclusive Mario and Luigi costumes for Rayman and Globox. This game is really fun and best when played with friends.

    This is probably the best platformer i have ever played. I got it for 10$ when there was a sale on the e-shop and i don't regret it. I truly recommend this to anyone who wants a good platformer for a low price.

    I had this game also on Wii U and XBox One. I hated the Wii U version because I hate the gamepad. I loved it on xbox, and this version is just as good.

    Ubisoft has saved the Switch in my view. Two excellent (best) third party games with a short time. Nintendo alone can't release enough good games. Let's hope this continues!     This game.... what to say.... I remember how amazing this game was on the VITA.... AND the Wii U.... and it was even better on the PS4.
    Its hard to believe that this game is getting good ratings, when this is by far the WORST PORT of the games life. The switch is capable of so much more, but UBI decided to shave off so much to squeeze it down to the smallest size possible. This was a HUGE    This game.... what to say....     Overall, this game charmed my socks off. It's visually gorgeous, and the music makes it feel truly magical. There are a few levels that are just frustrating, and not the fun kind of frustrating, but it's an overall joyous experience.

    Visually it is wonderful and is a very entertaining game. The reason I cannot give this higher then an 8 is because we have seen this all before. Nothing much was added to the game from the Wii U version. If this game was $19.99 I would rate higher.

La única pega que le veo es que esta en todas las demás consolas y en la switch esta el precio alto y si tienes las otras consolas y este juego no lo jugarías demasiado en portátil pues no lo compres en la switch.     Este es el mejor videojuego en 2D de la historia en mi opinión. tiene todo lo q un juego perfecto debe tener, banda sonora, diseño artístico, plataformeo, modos de juegos, contenido, de todo y está versión es una de las mejores por tener un juego como este cuando quieras y donde sea.

    This was my first ever Rayman game and it sure didn't disappoint, this games creativity and platforming looks slick and really satisfying. Ubisoft did a really good job with this game.

    Never played a Rayman game before but damn, this is so fun. I completed it within 3 days, because it is so addictive. The levels are great, perfectly balanced and scale beautifully into each next part of the game. I wish it was even longer, but hey, you can always come back to this game for the daily challenges. Thanks ubisoft for this port to the switch.

    Classic platforming with great music, tight controls and oozing creativity. The musical boss levels are extremely satisfying and classic Nintendo hard. The best part of the difficulty is that continues are infinite with reasonable checkpoints, so it's much easier to learn how levels are constructed to master them all.     This game is good. I can't say anything else. I played the wii u version and was impressed and this improves that game even thought it was almost perfect. Music stages are a yes. Bosses are pretty cool. Characters are good. The second land of living dead painting is ye- I mean hatred. Pure raw hatred. Um other than that its good. Get it. Now.

    Rayman Legend est LA référence du jeu de plateforme 2D ! Cette version Switch est complète et définitive (tous DLC compris). Les graphismes sont somptueux et les animations à tomber par terre. D'une difficulté progressive, tous les niveaux trouverons leur compte. On ne pourra lui reprocher qu'un manque de trame scénaristique... Il n'y a pas vraiment d'histoire, vont parcourez les niveauxRayman Legend est LA référence du jeu de plateforme 2D ! Cette version Switch est complète et définitive (tous DLC compris).     It's a lot of fun. Never played a prior version and was happy to pick the game up on sale for 20 bucks. Love the music levels, and there's a lot of added humor in the game. Can be found on sale everywhere, so don't pay full sticker price.

    The soundtrack and visuals alone are totally jawdropping, this games art is completely wonderful, and the gameplay is extremely varied and imaginative, totally loved it, tho i think a little bit of character focus could go a long way tin any possible sequel

I've gotten a little bored of the art style now but the animations are fantastic, controls feel responsive, and each level feels like an interesting and unique progression of the last. Unique and creative level gimmicks take center stage here and like in Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze these gimmicks often stick around for entire 'worlds' rather thanOne of the best 2D platformers I've played. On the big screen it is flawless HD with no hiccups. This game is what we've come to expect, specially if you have played all generations of Rayman.     One of the best 2D platformers there is. The creativity and thought put behind the level design is just astounding. I think the portrait approach this game uses is not as intriguing as the connected story with Rayman Origins, for example. One thing I seriously did not like was the 8bit music levels.     With better level flow, incentive for replayability, and a simply rocking fun time, the Rayman reboot sequel is everything you could want! (Except that the Switch version of the Murphy's Touch bonus levels are impassable due to their incompatibility with the gyroscope in the rotation segments, for some reason.)

Featuring genius level design, a rich soundtrack, and bourgeois visuals, Rayman Legends is best described as a 2D collectathon. Each level contains a certain number of collectibles and to move on to new areas you usually must have a certain amount. The game has no build up to the final boss and often lacksRayman Legends: Definitive Edition is one of the greatest platformers ever made. Featuring genius level design, a rich soundtrack, and bourgeois visuals, Rayman Legends is best described as a 2D collectathon. Each level contains a certain number of collectibles and to move on to new areas you usually must have a certain amount. The game has no build up to the final boss and often lacks substance - there is no direction the game is going in. To make up for this, they tried to add so much content that it makes you forget. Overall, the lack of direction and atmosphere hardly takes away from the game. I would recommend this to almost anybody.

    Recommendation: if you like Shovel Knight, Mega Man, Mario, or Sonic games you will enjoy Rayman Legends.

    I’m not usually into 2D games but this one is just a joy. It’s challenging but not to the point you’re frustrated. There level variety and a fun soccer mini game. If you can get this for >$10, do it.

The overall platforming experience was top notch. It has a portion, maybe 10-15% of levels, designed with touch controls to be used specifically in handheld mode.     It started really fun, original and fresh. Then after 5-7 hours of playing, it kinda fell off.

    The controls are good but will feel clunky the moment you start world 5. There is also a huge amount of content, but since it's introduce almost all in the beginning, you kinda feel that those things are equally important, which they are not. This is 2D platforming at its best with inventive level design and gorgeous hand drawn graphics. The best part of the game is without a doubt the levels that play like a time attack. It will cost you hundreds of lives, but the joy when you finish such a level cannot be described.     Literally one of my favorite games of all time. Super creative in so many ways. It's fun with friends, it's fun alone, it's just an overall blast. One of the greatest 2d platformers of all time and easily the best game in the Rayman Franchise.

    This game is just simply history. This is one of the best 2D games of its entire type. Its imagination, colors, backgrounds, and graphics make it just look beautiful. Also, I love the multiplayer. It has minigames and many other things that it makes it not be boring.

    The music levels in this game are amazing. They even have hard modes. The 2D Rayman games are SO GOOD.

    If You like platformers, You can't go wrong with this game, it was my first Rayman since the 3D one from old PC Times, and boy, was I amazed by te direction, in which Rayman has evolved, that was really good choice by its makers. The game is concentrated on pure fun, and it is giving it in big amounts. For its price, it's a steal, when You think about how much fun You will get.

    Игра очень сильно затягивает. Я буквально уже 3 дня подряд играю только в Раймана.
    Очень радует рисовка уровней.
    Саундтрек игры очень приятный

    This is fun. Simple sweet fun. Sometimes it goes on sale on the eShop for ten bucks. You won’t regret this for ten bucks assuming you enjoy solid side-scrolling platforming.

    HOLY HELL this game is GREAT, It's up there with one of my favorite games of all time. The gameplay and controls are superb. The soundtrack is also good and the rhythm-based levels are really fun!

    The game has alot of content as well! You got the main game, the back to origins levels, the murfys touch levels, and you got the challenges. This game is easy to pick up for beginners but it    HOLY HELL this game is GREAT, It's up there with one of my favorite games of all time. The gameplay and controls are superb.     An amazing 2D platformer. I just love the art style on this. The level design and music are great. This game has been released on 1000 consoles already, but it feels so good on handheld mode on the Switch that you don't want to play it any other way.

    One of my favorite games ever. Perfect audio-visual setting. I have played on Xbox before and the Nintendo version is the same - you can play everywhere :) Cool

    I tested the game the first time on Xbox 360. This version has a new world, but I can't give 10 out of 10 as some games are better.

    Amazing game with cool and interesting levels. You can spend hours upon hours playing this and you won't get bored whatsoever. There is this extra challenge for those who want it and i like that, satisfying rhythm levels with great songs.

    This game is my favorite game of all time. The art-style is awesome, the controls on point and the levels each feel unique. Plus it can get really challenging, if you wanna 100% it, cause there's basically two games here with the bonus levels.

    I bought this game a total of three times. PS3, PS4 and switch and each play and feel the same

    This game is a couch co-op gem! Family or friends can enjoy this together, and skill level isn't a big issue. Stronger players can carry the weight for less experienced ones. It does require working together to tag each other back in, and to coordinate the timing of when to all go forward at certain points.     Just wow excellent level design great challenges better than Mario's 2d platformer just go and buy it now if you love creative level design and challenges every day and enjoy rayman but some level design seems too uninspired and when it happens it's very noticeable

    Great game, but you can’t change the keybinds, which was quite disappointing. The game is a bit small, but it has lots of replay value.

    In my opinion, it‘s the second best platformer.
    (Nr.1 is new super mario ds)

    Very good game.It runs perfectly on the Nintendo switch and the gameplay is fun.But they didn't improve much to call it the "definitive edition"

    In bringing the latest Rayman adventure to Switch, Ubisoft has given the machine easily one of its most visually stunning and enjoyable releases to date. Not quite living up to the moniker of Definitive Edition with increased loading times and performance hiccups, as well as a missing feature, Rayman Legends is still well worth the lower asking price to those yet to jump into Rayman's world, yet outside of the portability aspect it offers little to entice series veterans.

    Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition adds new elements to the original but does not try to to revolutionize the game. It doesn't need to, as it's already a fun, varied and compelling piece of work, which becomes more alluring thanks to the added handheld component of the Nintendo Switch.
