    There are a variety of game modes to keep you entertained and multiplayer is a ton of fun. Very challenging campaign. Online system is flawed as you can't pick the game mode and get matched up against superior players constantly.

    Puyo Puyo Tetris
    Fun for a little while
    Puyo Puyo Tetris is a game where puyo puyo and Tetris cross paths... There are tons of modes here bringing the 2 games together as well as keeping them separate… I was surprised to learn that there is actually a campaign here… The campaign consists of 10 acts with 10 battles each and tells the story of how this whole Tetris and puyo puyo cross    Puyo Puyo Tetris

    Puyo Puyo Tetris is a game where puyo puyo and Tetris cross paths...
    There are tons of modes here bringing the 2 games together as well as keeping them separate…
    I was surprised to learn that there is actually a campaign here…
    The campaign consists of 10 acts with 10 battles each and tells the story of how this whole Tetris and puyo puyo cross over happened…
    Everyone has played Tetris before but if you haven’t it’s arguable the best puzzle game ever made..
    Where shapes fall from the sky and you try to clear lines by stacking them...
    And puyo puyo is a much lesser puzzle game where you have to try and get at least 4 puyo puyo of the same color to touch...
    And outside of the campaign there is a solo arcade mode where you can play against up to 3 computer players in a regular verses mode for either of the 2, fusion where you have to deal with Tetris blocks and puyo puyo at the same time, swap where the game randomly switches between the 2 game modes as you try to knock your opponent out, party mode where you’re dealing with special items. .this mode is complete mayhem and just a little too much for me, a big bang mode where you choose the game type you want to play and try to clear patterns the fastest, and finally a challenge mode where you chase high scores…
    There’s also muti player arcade to play local games and an competitive online mode where you can set up a lobby or play ranked matches and see how bad at Tetris you actually are…
    I’m a bit of a Tetris fan.. puyo puyo not so much…
    thankfully the game feels pretty great for both game modes but there are some definite issues trying to playing using the analog stick.. It’s way too easy to accidentally drop a block while playing... so I recommend playing this game with a dpad and nothing else…
    At the end of the day I don’t find Puyo Puyo Tetris to be anything special...
    its Tetris with gimmicks multiplayer and a bad wanna be attached…
    Its more for Tetris fans than anyone else..
    I don’t see this game making any new fans for either of the 2 game modes…
    I give Puyo Puyo Tetris
    a 7/10    … Expand

    This is a very enjoyable game. It is very challenging- both online and I found myself struggling with some of the individual campaign. The voice acting is not bad but does grate on the nerves. The gameplay is solid and so are the graphics ( but who is playing tetris for the graphics?)> Works well on the go and perfect switch game for a pick up and play in 5-10 minute spurts.

    (revised) Don't get me wrong Puyo is great but for 29.99 it's not worth the price. It really feels more like a 10 dollar eshop title. But it is kind of fun but I would rate till when the price goes down. But with the great online and story it is not a bad title just a little over priced.

    This is a game that does exactly what it says on the tin offering the popular puzzle game Puyo Puyo and the classic Tetris. With plenty of single-player and multi-player options that allow both games to be played separately, or combined in a variety of ways, it's ideally suited for short bursts on the Switch.

    Its fine. The story and voice acting are really bad. The game play is good enough. The demo is actually better than the game, or at least on par. Demo lead me to buy, but it just did not add anything and having to deal with the story line is the worst. Its for very young children. But they are going to laugh every time the pepe cloud yells pe pe a hundred times in a row for the 100th time.

    Puyo Puyo Tetris is a puzzle game for Nintendo switch combining Tetris and Puyo Puyo to make a mega crossover with game modes from both games and some unique to this game. The enjoyment of this game depends on if you like Puyo Puyo and or Tetris if you only like Tetris then this game may be a bit of headache. The Tetris gameplay is good but when mixed with the Puyo Puyo in "fusion mode"Puyo Puyo Tetris is a puzzle game for Nintendo switch combining Tetris and Puyo Puyo to make a mega crossover with game modes from both games and some unique to this game. The enjoyment of this game depends on if you like Puyo Puyo and or Tetris if you only like Tetris then this game may be a bit of headache. The Tetris gameplay is good but when mixed with the Puyo Puyo in "fusion mode" it's just not as fun also when playing Tetris in campaign the ai is a mixed bag of OP to couldn't tie their shoelaces. Online was fun when it was just Tetris vs Tetris but this was very rarely the case. This brings on to the Puyo Puyo part of the game if you like it then the game is worth it I however dont and quite frankly can't stand Puyo Puyo and dont care to learn it hence the 5 out of ten… Expand

    The game is really fun to play in battle mode with your friends and there are a lot of different game modes and settings to choose from. Same goes for single player, there are many ways to play in arcade mode and the story mode is fairly long as well.     But even with all this in mind I still regretted buying this game for 40€ because it doesn't feel like a 40€ game. Don't get me wrong, the game is good and if you enjoy casually playing puzzle games like this one you should definitely go buy it. I just don't feel like it's worth it's price tag.

    With a lower price tag it's a 7/10 and maybe even a 8/10, but for now, I'm gonna have to give it a 6.    … Expand

    It's a good game, but seriously overpriced at $30 (double the price of it's PS4 version!)
    compared to games such as Super Beat Sports the price is just unacceptable!

    I'd rate 8/10 if it was $10-15 which is it's real value!

    It's a fun game that you can play with the family. I hardly play the Puyo Puyo half of the game, so I mostly play the Tetris part. overall, fun game with an OK story.

    C'est Puyo puyo et Tetris, donc entre amis c'est forcément excellent! Par contre le mode histoire est peu intéressant malgré sa générosité de mode, un jeu a jouer a plusieurs donc.

    Great game but I only like the tetris mode however great crossover game but the puyo puyo are are kind of hard to manage
