Aug 8, 2022A collection of three games, two platformers and a ‘Columns’ style puzzle game.
The two platformers aim and succeed at recapturing the old school style seen in the early 90’s, but aren’t actually very much fun and the puzzler is decent but there are plenty of better examples available. -
Jan 2, 2018Mutant Mudds is a nice interpetation of old-school action platforming, lacking in depth but succeeding in providing a genuine gameplay experience.

Oct 9, 2020Very under rated game. Got it for a dollar. It's genuinely good and has a great soundtrack. Character controls very well, and its a great game for a quick gaming session.

Jan 23, 2020An excellent, no-frills platforming experience. Not big on story, just thrusts you into addictively designed levels. Super Challenge gets quite difficult, building off the first game, and I didn't have the time to invest in mastering it. But at the price point, I felt I got my money's worth even just playing Mutant Mudds Deluxe.

May 10, 2019Great version of a good platformer that adds a puzzle game to the mix that makes it worth the money spent. I have this on several systems and it's enjoyable on each, but the puzzle game makes this version the best.

Nov 29, 2020Good control, good challenge, no story (but whatever, at that point) and I had a good time. The side world are insanely hard, and it's too bad that there are no bosses. But if you can get it a low a price, it's a bargain and a fun time.

Nintendo Force MagazineFeb 26, 2018Two incredibly satisfying tests of gaming prowess with a quaint oddity on the side – what's not to love? [Issue #32 – March/April 2018, p. 18]

Feb 5, 2018The level design is smart, making Max's jetpack skill fun. Furthermore, the superimposed layers manage to impress and offer the player something surprising.

Feb 1, 2018It’s a quality collection of games which combines fun and frustration in equal measure. The addition of Mudd Blocks is very welcome though not essential. If you love a good platform game, then this is a no-brainer and I can’t recommend it enough. If you are not so keen, this may be a little more frustrating than you’d like.
