Портативное Metro? Это де факто офигенно! 4A games довольно хорошо перенесли METRO Redux на Switch, 30 FPS, картинка как на Xbox и PS. Всё хорошо.

Amazing story based game. The atmosphere is just unique. Well optimized on switch, better than most games so far. Actually maybe better optimized on switch than on PC. I strongly recommend playing this game.

This game isn't your average shooter game.. it's a story
    It's a life
You will feel far Faraway from home
You will wish for fresh air
You will appreciate how life could've been before it all went to hell.
This game puts you in the hells corridor(you will feel the intensity of hell on Earth right in your own very eyes)
Finally play this game if you've not done so already.

I just finished beating Metro Redux on Ranger difficulty and wanted to give some honest feedback. It is unfortunately more style than substance and comes off as a disjointed mess, trying to be too many things at once but ultimately failing at most. It advertised itself as a post apocalyptic survival fps, where rationing resources, sound tactics and a sharp mind would see you succeed, butI just finished beating Metro Redux on Ranger difficulty and wanted to give some honest feedback. It is unfortunately more style than substance and comes off as a disjointed mess, trying to be too many things at once but ultimately failing at most. It advertised itself as a post apocalyptic survival fps, where rationing resources, sound tactics and a sharp mind would see you succeed, but this was not the case. I want to like it, it should be something that I do like, but sadly it just ended up pissing me off too many times that I was glad it was finally over in the end.

The game simply loves to fight itself when it comes to its vision. On the one hand it wants you to have the impression that resource management and maintaining a low profile are keys to success, while at the same time having massive fire fights with invulnerable companions that serve as bullet sponges with unlimited ammo. To make it worse, you actually matter very little when resolving these scenarios, while makes the idea of simply hiding in a corner and waiting out the storm very tempting, even though you get to see everyone else have a blast running around like Rambo.

The gas masks are also an interesting idea that is largely poorly executed. Don't put Easter eggs in a game, safes etc. if you are creating a mechanic which incentivizes you to move efficiently through a map. It just ends up annoying the gamer more than anything. Also for lore it is poorly executed as there is no sense of urgency or tension with this resource management. People are having long cut scenes talking bs, while you are burning your resources away. Apparently everyone else can hang out on the surface as long as they like while you get 10 minutes if youre lucky.

Even typing this out this game pisses me off. I wanted to be fair and gave it a 6 though due to its interesting theme, decent fps, and the realization that with a few tweaks and adjustments, they could actually have a very solid foundation for a series. As it stands I am glad to be moving on however...

Great post-apocalyptic atmosphere. Fantastic graphics and stable frame rate even in handheld mode.

Cons: The game is too dark although the graphics is great. It is a little bit hard to play and a lot of stressed situations even on Normal level although it is very linear. Wanted to quit it a few times because of this. Metro Last Light Redux has more stealth possibilities and locations

Metro Last Light Redux has more stealth possibilities and locations to use it if compare with 2033. More interesting places, tasks and stories then 2033. It is definitely a leap forward comparing with 2033.

Took around 30 hours for me to finish two games with some additional locations exploration.

Levels load time is ok. Got a few bugs in the game like stucked in the wall or dropped off of the game with some error message from Switch. The game will take ZERO additional space on your device if you bought a physical copy which is great as a lot of games like Assassin’s Creed or Bioshock will download additional 5-10 GB of content. Great value.

    Metro 2033 Redux
    Pros:
Atmosphere, setting, stealth gameplay, weapon design, resource management.

    Cons:
Some clunky animation and voice acting, combat against non-human NPC’s can be frustrating and messy, some harsh difficulty spikes, too dark in portable mode.

    Metro: Last Light Redux
    Pros:
A wealth of content, maintains the positives of its predecessor and irons out most of the flaws, more weapons, more varied environments, some unpredictable story beats, stealth is superb.

    Cons:
Some harsh difficulty spikes, the “good” ending is far too difficult and unfair to achieve, some voice acting is still a little jarring.

2 iconic FPS games find a new home on Nintendo’s portable hybrid with mostly stellar results. A reduction to 30fps from 60fps on PS4 & X-One isn’t a great a sacrifice as many would think, given the rather slow paced nature of the games.

muy buena experiencia en jugabilidad, historia, la sensación de tener pocas balas lo hace un juego mas táctico no es igual que el típico juego de disparos muy recomendado

This was my first time playing this game, straight away i was annoyed by the pointless cut scenes which in the beginning seemed longer then any of the first few chapters of game play. (I'm usually one who loves watching them but this was boring).

I also discovered a few bugs that where very annoying in the shooting range my gun glitched out and i was unable to shoot any target the gun wouldn't fire, I then had to talk to some character which wanted me to sit down however because of the bug in the shooting range i was unable to continue and sit down to progress to the next part. I noticed this happen several times, i had to restart me game for the last save and try again. Very annoying!

Thankfully the shooting aspect of this game is not bad. Character movement feels very sluggish and slow. When playing this on the switch you can tell its a 10 year old game maybe back when it was first released it was impressive. Those people who love resident evil and horror survivals I'm sure will get a good kick out of the game.

Currently at the price of $70 AUD i cannot recommend this game. Both games come on the same cartridge (no further download) was required which is great. I'll more then likely return this game and get my money back. If this goes on sale for $40 AUD i'd consider adding this to my collection. Not a fan of the over drawn out dialogue, short levels and sluggish movement controls.

The arrival of the Metro series to a Nintendo platform may have been delayed an entire console generation, but its arrival on the Nintendo Switch came at an opportune time. The conductor is ready to punch your ticket to ride, and it is a ride worth boarding. With interesting characters, a moody setting, and strong gameplay variety, Metro Redux can establish itself as one of the premier first-person shooter releases on the Nintendo Switch.

The tension and atmosphere were really good, the gameplay and acting were relatively sub par. The story shone in these games, directing you ahead with a seemingly single minded goal. Then suddenly you realise there was more to the game and the subtle choices you make along the way can change the ending. After playing these games I really want to read the books as the story is really what kept me playing. If anything, my curiosity is satisfied and I honestly recommend checking it out of the story interests you. And with an enticing price of $69.95, the value isn’t too bad considering remasters these days are being sold at full price. Yet here is two games for less than the price of one. If you’re looking at metro as an action game, I’d recommend against it.

Metro Redux offers up two solid ports for the price of one. The Metro games bring brutal experiences where pure horror awaits you around every corner. Between those breathtaking moments, the titles build a terrific world that I love exploring. There are little complaints on both ends, but none of them make the games uninteresting. That being said, there are long loading times afoot and games are a little on the darker side of things. If you have an eye for detail and are in for terrific time, then both 2033 and Last Night are journeys worth having.
