Sep 25, 2022This could have been so good, seeing as the old ones were amazing, but instead they made it so you can just spam a single move over and over again and defeat the AI.

Jul 5, 2022This game is extremely difficult and frustrating. It doesn’t feel enough like I’m playing tennis, either; it’s like a strategy fighting game. I just want to play a mostly chill tennis game that has some goofy mechanics.

Jul 2, 2022this game is not good. the soundtrack is awful and very bad. i dont like anything here
-
May 15, 2022Without online, this game has nothing. No content at all, seven poors courts and a bad story mode.lay is quite cool, but not sufficient.
-
Jun 21, 2021Even though the game looks good and plays well, I do not recommend it. It does not feel like a 60$ game with the content in it that had to be added in after launch. I do recommend looking for another Tennis game

Dec 16, 2020Too easy......then impossible. The adventure mode is stressful. I like when a game can gradually transition and build your skills along the way. It starts off way too easy and not fun; and then way too hard and stressful. I rarely give up on a game......but this game is terrible.

Sep 3, 2020El juego está bien pero se hace aburrido, es una estafa de juego teniendo en cuenta que cuesta entre 40-50 € en definitiva, no lo compres a no ser que sea por 20€.
-
Aug 22, 2020it lacks alot of content, the adventure mode let me down super hard. the actual tennis game play is okay at best
-
Aug 18, 2020El peor de toda la saga, campaña horrible, lag, y mas lag. Le falto muchisimo contenido, deberian hacer un juego como los de gba o gbc.
-
Aug 14, 2020The game is not well balanced, the multiplayer mode is a lot fun, the graphics is pretty beautiful, the gameplay is average, but the adventure mode sucks as hell, in the end it's hard a lot with some good gameplay that don't work well with joy cons, mainly in relation to the right stick. In the end, it wasn't worth the purchase at full price.
-
Jun 6, 2020The Game is boring, The Storymode is crappy, and sometimes the Game is even too hard!
-
May 14, 2020A big disappointment. I think the tennis on the wii was more fun than this. Otherwise very similar :)

Oct 31, 2019This game has a awful story mode, The online is awful. The updates were trash, there was nothing to keep me playing this game.

Jul 25, 2018Definitely not worth the money, extremely disappointed. Adventure mode sucks. The AI is not well balanced at all. Expert is way too easy, Pro mode is way too hard. The settings for free play are very limited. If it had cost less money I would let it slide, but for 60 dollars? You're getting ripped off.

Jul 23, 2018It's a tennis game trying to be a fighting game, but winds up being neither. This is a love it or hate it game. Demo it somewhere before you buy it. You'll know right away if you're going to hate it. Either way, it's really overpriced at $60. Wait for it to go on sale.

Oct 28, 2019Mario Tennis Aces may well feature the best mechanics the series has seen to date, its new Zone manoeuvres and Trick Shots adding an exciting, madcap layer of depth to the sport. While Adventure isn’t the big single player hook I’d have hoped and some options feel a little too stripped down, it’s the game’s multiplayer that will keep this title a firm favourite for months to come. Golf next please Camelot.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Dec 31, 2018Brisk pace, easy control, good gameplay, lots of ideas and game modes. This is the new Mario Tennis Aces which is a wise purchase for your Switch. [Issue#288]

CD-ActionSep 27, 2018I’m pleased that we finally got a new full-fledged game by Camelot. What’s more, it will appeal to a whole lot of different people ranging from hardcore fighting games fans to your grandma and grandpa, though the difficulty level can be painful at times. The most important thing is that Waluigi begins his special move with a rose between his teeth, which puts Mario Tennis Aces dangerously close to the GOTY territory. [08/2018, p.64]
