Dec 20, 2020Five Dates is an experience that assumes the shape of an interactive movie based on the player's choices and its background, directly related to the restrictions imposed as a response to the ongoing global pandemic, will certainly resonate with many players. The acting involved is indeed worthy of praise and grants the game a good dose of realism but the experience quickly runs out of appeal and the game's simplistic goal of finding a life partner is not enough to make this a remarkable work.

Nov 20, 2020There’s an endearing cheesy soap-opera charm to Five Dates that means you can’t take your eyes away from it. This certainly doesn’t mean it’s a game we recommend to everyone – but if you’re looking for a reasonably well presented dating sim you could do a lot worse, especially for its budget price.

Nov 18, 2020As a whole, Five Dates is an interesting experience that can be addictive when it comes to experimenting with all of the available answers, even though this can be very time consuming. However, issues such as plot devices, not very understanding dates and its undeniable heteronormative ways give Five Dates much to improve on, especially when considering a sequel, which is not totally discouraged.
