Oct 7, 20214 player max suck and party finder doesn't work, very hard to communicate with people in game. No way to make trade communication. Basically if you want to play solo this is the best option.
-
Oct 17, 20217/10 if you want to play solo. Improved graphics are nice, but some of the systems feel dated now. But still solid.
1/10 if you want to play online. Just skip it and dont bother. Terrible server issues, login queue!, often rollbacks of your progress. Just do yourself a favour and skip it. -

Sep 29, 2021Online does not work.
Basically a single player, no point in connecting online if match making will only let you play solo.
Server disconnection which is frequent, causes loosing some progression -

Oct 20, 2021This game does not even work on switch. for a week i cannot connect. a new patch comes out...and guess what. still cannot connect. the level of incompetence at vicarious/blizzard is astonishing.
-
Nov 6, 2021Disconnects and client crushes constantly.
Due to problems with servers, instead of a solution, the developers made a crutch in the form of a cooldown when creating a game. Well done blizzard. -

Oct 17, 2021Servers are always down, can't play. They know how many copies they sold, still they didn't prepared bigger server. Also, no crossplay, no lobbies on console, can't find game.... an other fail on Blizzard part.
-
Oct 26, 2021The game's servers have constant problems and honestly as somebody who didn't grow up on D2, it's pretty overrated. All the slows and mana burns and melee hit accuracy are just a chore to deal with, Whatever challenge they add it feels more like the game isn't responding which is compounded by the fact the servers suck and it lags sometimes.
-
Sep 28, 2021Посредственная игра, которая пытается выглядеть как Diablo2. Сплошная цензура уничтожила стиль игры и её инфернальность. Думаю с такой политикой, игры станут только для детей. Определённо это фиаско.

Oct 11, 2021We cant play the game, battle net servers down more time than online. Game crashes constantly. Online play (when servers are online) is laggy. Original is in way better play state. This game is not ready for beta release... Cyberpunk was way way more enjoyable at launch than this "game".

Sep 27, 2021you cannot use a local character in a multiplayer game. this is very important for the Nintendo switch console !!!!!!! missing 60 FPS is a shame. Diablo 3 is better optimized for nintendo switch and has 60 fps. No crossplay ... "Lazy port"

Feb 14, 2022Diablo II: Resurrected is a great game, but in a genre that has seen drastic growth and evolution ever since. It’s an experience that is certainly worth playing, especially if you understand the context that it was launched and its importance to today’s titles.

Nov 29, 2021Diablo II Resurrected, for the most part, strikes a perfectly respectable balance between maintaining the look and feel of the original and updating it for a modern audience. It's unambitious, but it doesn't really need to be any more than that — Diablo II was a wonderful game, and all it really needed was a bit of sprucing up at the end of the day. That's been done here, and done mostly well, and the transition to a gamepad is probably is good as it could've been. Still, it feels dated in some ways, and its online/offline character split was a dreadful choice, given how bad the servers have been for it. Still, it is Diablo II, for better and for worse, and if you're like me and have a nostalgic attachment to it, it's probably worth a play.

Nov 12, 2021Diablo II: Resurrected is a great port plagued by the usual server issues. When those stop — or if you can work around them — D2:R is a great port that polishes up a cult classic without losing its original charm and gameplay loop. The improved visuals run well on the Switch, and the quality-of-life improvements and good controller implementation ensure that D2 is a joy to experience on the handheld. Of course, there are some noticeable downgrades, but none of them impede the experience, and they're necessary to ensure the game runs smoothly and without hitches. If you favor portability over quality, the Switch version of D2:R is worth picking up.
