Best game I have played on switch this year. I just love the original feeling of cyberpunk climate, story is great, leveling is great, totally recommending it.

Just awsome game with great world! I am a fan of cyberpunk titles and I love the idea of dystopian settings. I thought the overall premise of the title was intriguing, but nothing I have not seen before.

I enjoyed the storyline a good amount. I found Dex and her crew of hackers to be redeeming and likeable characters. I thoroughly enjoyed the voice acting as well and found myself very

This is not fun. I dont want to even try to get into it. The combat system is frustrating. It is street brawler type button mashing but without even being able to move up and down. It is only 2d side scroller and they expect u to block constantly and punch every enemy 20+ times? It has multiple dialogue options but they all have the same result. I knew it was 2d but I expect it to just be more playable. The combat is unnecessarily clunky and the dialogue not creating different outcomes also feels sloppy and pointless. I have only played for a few minutes and I don't want to try anymore. It just isn't fun. I am mad that I bought this on sale for $2.
On the plus side, it made me so annoyed that i wrote a review. I always intend to do that with games I like, but don't. I recognize I should have an accurate metric for deciding the numerical score. In this case, I want to give it a zero because it's so frustrating I don't want to play the first 5 minutes more than 3 times. However, I recognize Im being a baby and maybe it gets better with time. So I am giving it 1 instead of 0.

One of the best cyberpunk games on switch with really great story. Graphics could be better but still looks great with its style.

A hidden gem. Fantastic RPG elements. Worth every penny.
    9/10 for switch handheld

Totally not worth it. Very cool atmosphere but terrible execution. Combat - terrible, cohesion - terrible, story - ok but trivial to the bone. Game looks VERY unfinished. Choices have no meaning. Annoying and shallow. I do not understand how this game can be rated 7/10. I do not recomend. Check Gameplay on youtube before buying!!!

Dex's moments of fun are often overshadowed by outdated controls, awful voice acting, and overall poor design decisions. The RPG and hacking mechanics are a point of interest that give the game some legs. A major issue is that what this game does has been done so much better in so many other games. Snatcher, Gemini Rue, Shadowrun. Play one of these instead.

A pretty decent game, this. The combat is a bit stiff and on the easy side once you learn it (the melee, that is, using guns is almost pointless). The artwork and world building is quite lovely, in my opinion, and the writing is quite good. Upgrade system works well as well. I found the game a lot shorter than I expected it to be, and even still, the ending really dragged out (MGS:2A pretty decent game, this. What really kills the game are the horrible loading times, you need to go from one place to another quite often - and the loading times are just unacceptable compared to similar games.

Still, a very decent game, and it's worth playing if you have the patience for the loading. It's probably better to get on a PC if you can though.

If you like cyberpunk themes, then this game is for you. Incredible game and atmosphere. The graphics are nice and interesting plot/quests. But in my opinion the game is too short :(

Alita meets Cyberpunk aka a hidden gem. I was not impressed at first as well, but after you pass first section in underground, it gets MUCH better, and the clumsy beginning combat makes even sense - you are starting as a no one and slowly becomes a combat beast. City is atmospheric and well designed (I was not lost at all), I liked the different levels of society, enjoyed the art, upgradesAlita meets Cyberpunk aka a hidden gem. City is atmospheric and well designed (I was not lost at all), I liked the different levels of society, enjoyed the art, upgrades for Dex, soundtrack, and especially story, where even side quests got all of my attention. During the game, I didnt meet any of the game-breaking glitch or bug, so the Enhanced Version is really fixed and works well for me.
If you like cyberpunk themed games, go for it (and give it a chance, as I said, the beginning can be little irritating) - I love this game and there is really nothing I could complain about.

I love the setting, combat is very clunky tho. But the story has great potential. I'd recommend it even if you're na a fan of cyberpunk, deus ex games.

First off.... great game! Really is, If only it was in 3d i think this would become a much bigger game. Side scrollers have not been my thing for over 20 years besides Metriod Dread(which is almost perfect in every way) But this game was addecting. I have to say the developers did a fine job making it work in 2D. Plays smooth for the most part and the story is well done. Good job.

the worst controls ive ever experienced, they feel so awkward and clunky, the game's story is just subpar, and the voice acting is the worst ive heard in a while

Dex lacks in some areas, but I think the overall experience was pretty enjoyable. Being able to make your own choices and have different outcomes adds a lot of replay value. (Not a game for kids)

DEX delights and disappoints in ways that it feels only DEX can. The neo-noir, dystopian open world grabs your attention from the get-go, yet its grip loosens as the marvellous makes way for the mundane. What a shame.

Dex is gorgeous to look at, has a captivating story to engage in and is downright frustrating when you need to fight your way out of danger.
