Summary:
I hope everything is fine with you. I received the CD that you sent me, and after looking through the files, I have to say that the chances of recovering the software seem very good. It appears that some data has been corrupted, but it is still possible to make it work. Again, I haven’t analyzed the content in depth yet, but it seems to be some kind of simple game. I saw a lot of things labeled "map", so it must have many levels. I'm pretty sure it also involves a weapon, perhaps? My guess is that it is one of those retro shooting games.
Anyway, I'm going to take a nap, I didn't sleep a wink last night, I had a lot of nightmares, I can barely remember that. I keep you updated on my progress.
